Інформаційні ресурси та комунікативні засоби як інструмент цифровізації молодіжної роботи в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

Стаття присвячена комплексному дослідженню сучасного стану цифровізації молодіжної роботи в умовах воєнного стану, зокрема було проаналізовано роль інформаційних ресурсів та комунікативних засобів у процесі цифровізації молодіжної роботи в умовах воєнного стану. Досліджено, як сучасні технології та цифрові медіа можуть вплинути на ефективність роботи з молоддю в умовах воєнного стану. Виявлено, що інформаційні ресурси та комунікативні засоби стають ключовими інструментами для забезпечення доступу молоді до інформації, розвитку її компетентностей та активізації участі молоді в житті громади. Здійснено кількісний та якісний аналіз медіа-контенту для оцінки й аналізу умов формування та реалізації молодіжної політики в об’єднаних територіальних громадах (дослідження «Аналіз інтернет-ресурсів ОТГ» передбачало контент аналіз та якісний аналіз наявних інтернет-ресурсів ОТГ – офіційні сайти, сторінки у Facebook, YouTube-ролики – з точки зору їх орієнтованості на молодь, її проблеми та потреби.).

The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the current state of digitalization of youth work under martial law, in particular, the role of information resources and communication tools in the process of digitalization of youth work under martial law was analyzed. The author investigates how modern technologies and digital media can affect the effectiveness of youth work under martial law. It is found that information resources and communication tools are becoming key tools for ensuring youth access to information, developing their competencies and enhancing youth participation in community life. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of media content was carried out to assess and analyze the conditions for the formation and implementation of youth policy in the amalgamated territorial communities (the study «Analysis of ATC Internet Resources» included content analysis and qualitative analysis of the available ATC Internet resources – official websites, Facebook pages, YouTube videos – in terms of their focus on youth, their problems and needs).
