Політичні цінності та їх втілення у процесі демократизації українського суспільства

Abstract

В дисертації розглянута система цінностей особистості, особливості формування політичної культури в умовах демократизації українського суспільства. Досліджуються позитивні цінності сучасного соціуму, розкриваються механізми формування цінностей в процесі життєдіяльності індивіда. Виявлені та показані цінності постматеріального суспільства, особливості формування загальнолюдських цінностей в Україні. Пропонуються шляхи створення системи політичних цінностей з урахуванням історичних, національних та ментальних особливостей українського суспільства. На основі комплексного дослідження соціологічних даних показано стан політичної культури української молоді в процесі модернізації суспільства, етапи процесу соціалізації молодої людини. В дисертації підкреслюється необхідність проведення державою молодіжної політики, яка мала б за мету формування свідомої громадянської позиції, політично активного члена суспільства.

In the thesis the system of values of the person, features of creation of political culture in conditions of the democratization of Ukrainian society are considered. The system of political values are represented as such factor, that orients and develop political activity and behaviour of policy, subjects displays interaction of the person with other persons and society as a whole during its political activity. The difficulties and deformations which arised during thetransformation of political culture are analized, the reasons of spiritual crisis in a modern society are expozed. The ideas which could help findway out of such values vacuum are offered. The values of post-material society, features of creation of universal values in Ukraine are shown. On the basis of complex research of the sociological data the state of political culture of Ukrainian youth during modernization of a society, the stages of the process of socialization of young man is shown. In the thesis the necessity of realization by the state of youth policy which would have the purpose of creation of conscious public position, political active member of a society is underlined. The tendency of modern humanity to create of the civil society which members divide values of the democratic society, have a high level of political culture is marked. A necessary condition on the way to creation such society is the requirement in the development of structures and institutes of a civil society, joining of the citizens, especially youth, to development forms of legal public and political activity.
