Становлення та розвиток вітчизняної тифлопедагогіки

Abstract

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене цілісному історико-педагогічному аналізу процесу становлення та розвитку української тифлопедагогіки (середина ХІХ – початок ХХІ ст.). Розкрито вплив суспільно-політичних, соціально-економічних та організаційно-педагогічних чинників на розвиток вітчизняної тифлопедагогічної теорії й практики протягом різних історичних етапів. Визначено і науково обґрунтовано основні періоди та етапи й особливості становлення та розвитку теорії і практики навчання й виховання осіб з вадами зору в Україні. Виявлено особливості та тенденції розвитку теорії й практики навчання і виховання дітей з порушеннями зору в зазначені історичні періоди. Представлено історію підготовки кадрів-тифлопедагогів в Україні.

The dissertation research is devoted to holistic historical and pedagogical analysis of the process of development and establishment of Ukrainian typhlopedagogy (mid19th – early 21st centuries). It reveals the impact of socio-political, socio-economic, organisational and educational factors on the development of the domestic typhlopedagogical theory and practice at different historical stages. It defines and gives scientific justification to the main periods, stages and peculiarities in development and establishment of the theory and practice of education and upbringing of visually impaired people in Ukraine. It describes special features and trends in development of the theory and practice of education and upbringing of visually impaired children at the specified historical periods. The thesis also presents the history of the typhlopedagogical staff training in Ukraine.
