Становлення та розвиток системи спеціальної освіти на Дніпропетровщині у другій половині ХХ століття – на початку ХХІ століття

Abstract

У дисертації з метою зіставлення поглядів, ідей, концепцій, пропозицій на основі історичного аналізу представлено діалектику розуміння природи та причин різних порушень у дітей, а також соціально-психолого-педагогічних труднощів і надбудов, які виникли в результаті патологічної роботи їхньої центральної нервової системи (головного мозку). Європейські вчені відмовляються від орієнтації на природну патологію на користь поглядів та теорій постачання знань через навколишнє середовище. Мета дослідження полягає в здійсненні системного історико-педагогічного аналізу процесу становлення, функціонування й розвитку системи освіти дітей з порушеннями психофізичного розвитку в Україні як цілісної системи та системи спеціальної освіти на Дніпропетровщині як її складової, а також впровадженні історичного практичного досвіду в сучасних умовах.

The dissertation emphasizes the enlightening idea of world scientists, philosophers, priests, teachers, and doctors to create compensatory functional systems of intelligent signs to teach disabled children. Scientists have worked hard not only to create new systems of signs for learning, but also to make them an effective means of intellectual development of a child. The study found that scientists began to criticize small schools in the context of experimental sites, which indicates their responsibility to use adequate means and corrective techniques during the educational process. Teachers not only taught, but also paid attention to vocational training to teach students how to make tools for independent survival. The ideology of the Enlightenment formed new concepts and definitions such as moral education, humane and preserved regimes for the mentally ill, consistent treatment, constructive activity; prisons were transformed into hospitals, and insane asylums into separate sections of special institutions. The purpose of the study is to carry out a systematic historical and pedagogical analysis of the process of formation, functioning and development of the system of education of children with psychophysical developmental disorders in Ukraine as an integral system, the system of special education in the Dnipro region as its component, and the implementation of historical and practical experience in modern conditions.
