Вплив глобалiзацiйних процесiв на формування правової культури населення

Abstract

Швидкий розвиток iнформацiйних технологiй, який заполонив абсолютно всi сфери суспiльного життя, диктує свої правила та ставить жорсткi вимоги до кожної людини. На сучасному етапi розвитку суспiльства, в епоху глобалiзацiї, безперечно, важливим є розумiння значущостi та правильностi ведення державної полiтики, прийняття стратегiчних рiшень розвиток впливових сфер управлiння державою, якi мають першочергове значення для процвiтання країни, усвiдомлення прийняття очiкуваних рiшень або, навпаки, доцiльностi прийняття непередбачуваної стратегiї поведiнки. Метою даної роботи є вивчення напрямкiв розвитку правової культури населення в Українi та поза її межами, визначення тих явищ, якi мають вплив на правове виховання населення та на основi них сформулювати найбiльш вдалi та ефективнi вектори розвитку пiдвищення ролi правової культури населення. Такi знання представляють особливий iнтерес, адже дозволяють виробити стратегiю зниження рiвня злочинностi в державi за допомогою пiдвищення правової культури населення.

The rapid development of information technologies, which has filled absolutely all spheres of public life, dictates its own rules and sets strict requirements for every person. At the present stage of society development, in the era of globalization, it is certainly important to understand the significance and correctness of state policy, to make strategic decisions, to develop influential areas of state management that are of primary importance for the prosperity of the country, to be aware of either the adoption of expected decisions or, on the contrary, the advisability of following some unpredictable behavioural strategies. The aim of the paper is to study the directions of development of the legal culture of the population in Ukraine and beyond, to determine the phenomena that have an impact on the legal education of the population and, on their basis, to formulate the most successful and effective vectors of development for increasing the role of the legal culture of the population. Such knowledge is of particular interest, because it makes it possible to develop a strategy for reducing the crime rate in the state by improving the legal culture of the population.
