Особистісне змінювання в процесі професійної підготовки студентів-психологів

Abstract

В роботі розглянуто процес особистісного змінювання, який визначається як міжсистемний перехід до нових можливостей нової ідентичності, аналізуються його умови та індивідуальноособистісні характеристики переживання. Даний процес дає можливість формування професійно значущих новоутворень в ідентичності студентів-психологів. Виділено складові професійної ідентичності психолога, які забезпечують успішність його діяльності як фахівця-практика: адаптивність, самоприйняття, прийняття інших, емоційний комфорт, інтернальність, домінантність, ескапізм, та досліджено динаміку формування означених складових в процесі навчання у вищому навчальному закладі. Результати констатуючого експерименту свідчать про відсутність суттєвих змін в ідентичності студентів-психологів з боку формування вище означених складових протягом чотирирічного навчання у ВНЗ. Розроблено програму тренінгу формування професійно значущих новоутворень в ідентичності студентів-психологів та проведено формуючий експеримент, який підтвердив висунуту гіпотезу про можливість формування професійно значущих новоутворень через процес особистісного змінювання в організованому навчанні у ВНЗ за умови включення студентів-психологів в інтенсивний, спеціально-організований процес групової комунікації індивідуальних моделей реальності. Результати проведеного дослідження виявили ряд позитивних змін у виділених складових професійної ідентичності досліджуваних експериментальної групи. Зафіксовано позитивні зміни в особливостях самоідентифікації, самосприйняття, самоусвідомлення та самоставлення до образу “Я” та взаємостосунках з оточуючим світом.

The dissertation examines a personality change process that is defined as a transition to new possibilities of new identity, analyzes the conditions and individual personal characterictics of its experiencing. This process gives a possibility for formation of new professionally meaningful constructs in the psychology students identity. The dissertation defines the constituents of the psychologist professional identity that provide the effectiveness of his activity as an expert or practitioner: adaptability, self-acceptance, acceptance of others, emotional comfort, internal locus control, dominance, escapism. Special attention is given to the dynamics of the mentioned constituents in the process of studying in the higher education establishment. The results of the diagnostic experiment indicate the absence of significant changes in the identity of the psychology students in the context of conditioning the abovementioned constituents during their four-year academic studies. There was devised a training of vocationally relevant qualities aimed at conditioning new professionally meaningful constructs in the psychology students identity. The formation experiment proved our hypothesis about the possibility to form new professionally meaningful constructs. The latter is possible under the condition that the psychology students are involved into reality models communication within the organized intensive group training. The results of the study disclosed a series of positive changes in the defined constituents of the experimental group. Certain positive changes in the characteristics of students self-identification, selfacceptance, self-perception and the attitude to their Self image and their environment was identified.
