Місто як предмет філософсько-культурної рефлексії

Abstract

У дисертації досліджений філософсько-культурологічний ракурс проблеми міста, яке запропоновано розглядати як поняття, що передбачає специфічну організацію культурного простору, який характеризується інтенсивним товарообміном, високою щільністю заселення території по відношенню до середньостатистичного рівня даної культури, а також високий ступінь соціальної стратифікації. Отже, місто можна розглядати як чинник переходу людини до рівня цивілізації. У значенні культурної універсалії місто означає впорядкований людиною дисциплінарний простір, який наділений високим культурним статусом, отже, є носієм високої культури, що передбачає секуляризацію культурного простору при виокремленні таких тенденцій, як раціоналізація та естетизація життєсвіту людини (в цьому сенсі місто виступає культурним тлом породження філософії та мистецтва, міра диференціації яких залежить від конкретно-історичної форми міської культури).

The cultural and philosophical aspect of the problem is researched in the dissertation, which is proposed to consider as a concept that involves a specific organization of cultural space, characterized by intensive exchanges and high-density population of area in comparison to the average level of that culture, and high degree of social stratification. So the city can be considered as a criterion for transition to the level of human civilization (in the evolutionary sense of the term). As the cultural universal city means a human ordered disciplinary space that is endowed with high cultural status, therefore, it is the bearer of highly developed culture that provides the secularization of the cultural space of such the distinguishing trends as the rational and aesthetic reshape of man world’s life (in this sense, the city is the cultural background of philosophy and art, a measure of differentiation of which depends on the concrete historical forms of urban culture).
