Інтереси народу як предмет соціально-філософського аналізу

Abstract

У дисертаційній роботі узагальнені і поглиблені теоретичні та методологічні засади розробки теорії народу та його інтересу. Показано, що народ як особлива природна, суспільна і духовна етнічна спільність є головним суб’єктом суспільно-історичного процесу, атрибутивною ознакою якого є його інтереси. Здійснено генетичний, морфологічний, функціональний і праксіологічний аналізи явища інтересів народу. Подано авторське бачення проблеми сутності, змісту, форм та механізмів розвитку і захисту, динаміки змін інтересів народу. Обґрунтовано, що інтереси народу мають субстратний та діяльнісний рівні, які розглядаються в динамічному процесі – від інтересів попередніх етнічних спільнот до планетарного людства. Досліджена спроможність держави і громадянського суспільства бути суб’єктами самовираження інтересів народу. Проаналізовано вплив глобалізаційних та інтеграційних процесів на саморозгортання інтереси народів Європи і, зокрема, українського народу. Розкрито історичний досвід вираження і захисту інтересів народу елітними колами, науковцями політичними діячами, починаючи з періоду Київської Русі до початку ХХІ століття. Запропонована система заходів щодо узгодженості інтересів народу (цілого), політичних партій, елітних кіл (особливого) та особистостей (одиничного) на рівні етнополітики держави і громадянського суспільства.

Theoretical and methodological principles of studying the theory of people and interests are generalized and extended in the thesis. It is shown that the people as a special, natural, public and spiritual ethnic community is a leading substance of social and historical process, the attributive features of which are its interests. Genetic, morphological, functional and praxiological analyses of the phenomena of the people’s interests are done. The author defends the point of the problem of the form and content correlation, classification of the form and dynamics of transformed forms of expression and defense of people’s interests. The disposition that people’s interests are of substractive and action levels, which should be viewed within the dynamic process – from the interests of former ethnic communities to the planetary mankind is defended in the thesis. The ability of the state and the civil society to be the objects of the people’s interests self-expression is explored. The analysis of the influence of globalizational and integrational processes on the interests of the peoples of Europe and, in particular, on the Ukranian people’s interests is carried out in this work. The historical experience of expression and protection of the Ukrainian people’s interests by elite circles, scientific and political figures from the times of Kiev Rus up to the beginning of the XXI century has been revealed. The system of measures concerning the coordination of interests of the people (as a whole), political parties, elite circles (detached) and individuals (isolated) on the levels of state ethnic policy and civil society is proposed.
