Теорія та практика професійної підготовки психологів в галузі спеціальної освіти

Abstract

У дисертації вперше комплексно досліджено проблему професійної підготовки психологів в галузі спеціальної освіти на підґрунті гуманістичного, аксіологічного, гносеологічного, акмеологічного, системного, контекстного, інтегративного, діяльнісного, рефлексивно-діяльнісного, особистісно-орієнтованого підходів; розроблено теоретико-методичні основи професійної підготовки психологів в галузі спеціальної освіти як цілісного системного явища в навчально-виховному просторі вищої педагогічної освіти: різноаспектно розглянуто сутність зазначеної підготовки, на підставі чого визначено її класифікаційні характеристики, рівні і системно-структурні компоненти; визначено зміст, організаційно-педагогічні умови та критерії оцінювання рівнів сформованості компонентів професійної підготовки психологів в галузі спеціальної освіти, виділено та охарактеризовано ключові складові системи досліджуваного феномену та описано їх взаємовплив у функціях та формах досліджуваної діяльності; розроблено та науково обґрунтовано методику дослідження стану сформованості компонентів професійної підготовки психологів в галузі спеціальної освіти, визначено й охарактеризовано показники та критеріальні рівні даної професійної підготовки; визначено сутність новітніх технологій професійної підготовки психологів у вищих навчальних закладах; науково обґрунтовано, розроблено й апробовано структурно-функціональну, організаційно-дидактичну систему професійної підготовки психологів в галузі спеціальної освіти та висвітлено динаміку формування її компонентів за результатами впровадження.

The problem of psychologists’ professional training in the field of special education on the basis of humanistic, axiological, epistemological, acmeological, systemic, contextual, integrative, activity, reflexive-activity, personality-oriented approaches is firstly comprehensively studied in the dissertation. The theoretical and methodological foundations of psychologists’ professional training in the field of special education as a holistic systemic phenomenon in the educational space of higher pedagogical education have been developed: the essence of the given training is considered in various ways, on the basis of which its classification characteristics, levels and systemic and structural components are determined; the content, organizational and pedagogical conditions and criteria for assessing the levels of formation of components of psychologists’ professional training in the field of special education are defined, the key components of the system of the phenomenon under investigation are highlighted and characterized and their interactions in the functions and forms of the investigated activity are described; the methodology of research of the state of formation of the components of psychologists’ professional training in the field of special education is developed and scientifically substantiated; indicators and criteria of this professional training are determined and characterized; the essence of the latest technologies of psychologists’ professional training in higher educational institutions is determined; theoretical paradigm is scientifically substantiated, the structural- functional, organizational-didactic model of the system of psychologists’ professional training in the field of special education is developed and tested and the dynamics of the formation of its components according to the results of its implementation.
