Соціокультурний потенціал глобальних інформаційних мереж

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено концептуалізації феномену соціокультурного потенціалу глобальних інформаційних мереж, дослідженню механізмів інтеграції інноваційно-комунікаційних мережевих технологій у соціальний простір глобалізованого соціуму. Виявлено культурно-цивілізаційні характеристики глобальної мережевої архітектоніки та обгрунтовано, що її культурно-історичну основою є соціальні мережі. На базі обраного методологічного інструментарію уточнено зміст ключових для дисертації понять. їхня кореляції дозволила визначити соціокультурний потенціал глобальних інформаційних мереж як систему соціально-політичних, економічних і науково-технічних суспільних відносин, що виникають у заснованому на інноваційно-комунікаційних технологіях соціумі з метою досягнення інформаційної рівноваги. Встановлено, що в умовах соціальної самоорганізації основою стратегій утілення соціокультурного потенціалу інформаційних мереж є коеволюція системи «суспільство-природа». Соціальним атрактором початку XXI століття є потенціалістський дискурс глобальних інформаційних мереж. Його легітимність залежить від соціальної оцінки механізмів утілення соціокультурного потенціалу глобальних інформаційних мереж. Показано, що встановлення інформаційної рівноваги є константою суспільства як нерівноважної системи та умовою розкриття соціокультурного потенціалу інформаційних мереж як нової форми буття соціального.

The thesis deals with the conceptualization of the social and cultural potential of global information networks phenomenon, investigates the mechanisms of innovative and communicative network technologies integration into the social space of globalized society. Cultural and civilizational aspects of global network architectonics are distinguished and grounded that social networks are considered to be its cultural and historical background. The definitions of the key notions of the thesis have been worked out on the basis of methodologies. Their correlation helped to define the social and cultural potential of global information networks as a system of social and political, economical, scientific, technical and social relations, which occur in social network based on innovative and communicative technologies in order to sustain informational balance and optimal ways of development. It has been stated, that coevolution of the system “society-nature” is the background for implementation of social and cultural potential of information networks’ strategies in social selforganization conditions. The social attractor of 21 century is considered to be the potential discourse of global information networks. Its liability depends on the social evaluation of information networks’ social and cultural potential implementation mechanisms. It has been shown, that information balance establishment is the society’s constant as the unbalanced system and the new way of seeing the social and cultural potential of information networks.
