Підготовка майбутніх учителів технологій до формування в учнів основної школи здоров'язбережувальної компетентності у процесі трудового навчання

Abstract

З’ясовано стан дослідженості проблеми в педагогічній теорії і практиці підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій, визначено сукупність наукових підходів дослідження. На основі базових понять дисертації розроблено теоретичні основи і методику підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій до формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності учнів основної школи у процесі трудового навчання. Визначено критерії і показники та схарактеризовано рівні готовності майбутніх учителів технологій до ефективного здоров’язбереження у ЗНЗ. Обгрунтовано та експериментально перевірено комплекс педагогічних умов підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій до формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності учнів у процесі підготовки бакалаврів спеціальності 014 Середня освіта (Трудове навчання та технології).

The state of the problem’s research in pedagogical theory and practice of preparing the future teachers of technologies is determined, the essence of the basic concepts of the dissertation is included. Theoretical bases and methodology of training the future teachers of technologies for the formation of the healthcare-saving competence of students in the main school in the process of labor training have been developed. The criteria and indicators are determined and the levels of readiness of the future teachers of technologies for effective healthcare in general educational institutions are described. The complex of pedagogical conditions for the preparation of the future teachers of technologies for the formation of students' healthcare-saving competence in the process of preparation of bachelors of technological education was substantiated and experimentally verified. For the first time, based on the ideas and provisions of personality-activity, competence, culturological, axiological, technological and acmeological scientific approaches, the state of research of the problem in the pedagogical theory and practice of the training of the future teachers of technologies was made; the theoretical bases and methodology of training of the future teachers of technologies for the formation of the healthcare-saving competence of the students of the main school in the process of labor training were carried out; the criteria (motivational-value, cognitive, activity) and corresponding indicators (motives, awareness, knowledge, skills, elements of pedagogical experience) were determined; we characterized the levels (high, sufficient, average, low) of readiness of the future teachers of technologies for effective healthcare; the complex of content, organizational, methodological and diagnostic pedagogical conditions for the preparation of the future teachers of technologies for the formation of the healthcaresaving competence of students was substantiated and experimentally verified in the process of preparation of bachelors of technological education at pedagogical universities; The essence of the basic concepts of the research "health", "healthy lifestyle", "culture of health", "technologies of healthcare", "healthcare-saving activity of the teacher", "health-saving competence of the pupils of the basic school", "security and labor-intensive activity of the teacher of technologies", "the readiness of the future teachers of technologies to form the healthcare-saving competence of the pupils of the main school in the process of labor training" was clarified; The organization of the educational process of the future teachers of technologies through the development of teaching and methodological support for the discipline "Basics of industrial safety in workshops" was improved.

Выяснено состояние изученности проблемы в педагогической теории и практике подготовки будущих учителей технологий, определена совокупность научных подходов исследования. На основе базовых понятий диссертации разработаны теоретические основы и методика подготовки будущих учителей технологий к формированию здоровьесберегательной компетентности учащихся основной школы в процессе трудового обучения. Определены критерии и показатели, а также сделана характеристика уровней готовности будущих учителей технологий к эффективному здоровьесбережению в школе. Обоснован и экспериментально проверен комплекс педагогических условий подготовки будущих учителей технологий к формированию здоровьесберегательной компетентности учащихся в процессе подготовки бакалавров специальности 014 Среднее образование (Трудовое обучение и технологии).
