Сучасне християнське лідерство в освіті

Abstract

В дисертації проводиться критичний аналіз трансформацій моделей лідерства у протестантських вищих духовних закладах України кінця XX – початку XXI століть, виявленні основних рис моделей колективного лідерства, що переживають стадію активного становлення. Здійснено аналіз загальних тенденцій розвитку протестантської вищої освіти України кінця XX – початку XXI століть. Досліджено осмислення ідентичності та місії духовної освіти у богословських теоріях пострадянського протестантизму. Виявлено причини зростання ролі колективного лідерства в управління світськими та духовними навчальними закладами. Досліджено моделі християнського лідерства в сфері освіти у теорії та практиці українського протестантизму, оцінено ефективність різних моделей в умовах сьогодення. Виявлена специфіка роботи опікунських рад у процесі управління українськими євангельськими семінаріями та досліджено комплекс проблем, що існують у практичній реалізації колективного лідерства на сучасному етапі розвитку пострадянської духовної освіти. Показано значення сучасного богословського комунітаризму для сталого розвитку християнської освіти, для формування нових теорій про колективне лідерство та оптимальні форми реалізації цього лідерства у подальшій перспективі.

In the dissertation the critical analysis of transformations of models of leadership in Protestant seminaries of Ukraine of the end of XX – the beginning of XXI centuries, revealing of the basic features of models of collective leadership going through a stage of active formation is carried out. The analysis of the general tendencies of development of the Protestant higher education of Ukraine of the end of XX – the beginning of XXI centuries is carried out. The comprehension of the identity and mission of theological education in the theological theories of post-Soviet Protestantism is studied. The reasons for the growing role of collective leadership in the management of secular and theological educational institutions are identified Models of Christian leadership in the field of education in the theory and practice of Ukrainian Protestantism are studied, the effectiveness of various models in today's conditions is evaluated. The specifics of the work of boards of trustees in the process of managing Ukrainian evangelical seminaries are revealed and a set of problems that exist in the practical implementation of collective leadership at the present stage of development of post-Soviet theological education is studied. The significance of modern theological communitarianism for the sustainable development of Christian education, for the formation of new theories of collective leadership and the optimal forms of realization of this leadership in the future is shown.
