dc.description.abstract The article deals with the dual system of professional training of future managers of socio-cultural activity in the environment of the educational cluster. The educational cluster is represented as consortia aiming at the coherence between the educational institution and the potential employer (enterprise, organization), the close cooperation of which is a system within the structure of industry clusters and dual training system. The organization of an educational cluster combines interdependent intellectual, financial and material resources to provide competitive advantages in a particular area of educational activity. As an innovation, the cluster solves the problem of integrating science and education with one another and with production to train a creative, competitive specialist on time. The advantages of dual vocational education in the environment of the vocational training cluster of future managers of the CDS are determined: providing the educational process with all types of practice with the involvement of masters from the enterprise; ability to develop skills, abilities, professional competences in an information and educational environment, as close as possible to the enterprise under the guidance of a teacher and master; possibility of purposeful replenishment of the staff capital rows of the enterprise (cluster participant) by already adapted SKD managers; possibility of adaptation and employment at enterprises (cluster participants); financial support for future CDM managers during practice; the possibility of professional growth within the continuous educational process of the industry cluster at intervals from school through higher education institution to practical training at the enterprise under a special curriculum; young specialist does not need psychological and professional adaptation in employment, in solving situations in the work process; development of creativity, formation of communication skills of future SKD managers. Further research is to characterize the educational cluster system of training future managers of socio cultural activity. uk
