Особливості становлення особистісної самостійності і безпорадності у осіб юнацького віку

Abstract

Статтю присвячено висвітленню результатів теоретичного аналізу проблеми розвитку самостійності і безпорадності особистості в юнацькому віці. Наукові уявлення про сутність феноменів самостійності і безпорадності розглянуто у контексті становлення фундаментальних атрибутів особистості –активності, суб’єктності, саморегуляції, автономії, здатності до здійснення життєвого вибору. Зазначено про наявність у площині наукового аналізу окремих аспектів вивчення самостійності особистості, як-от активізація та ініціація довільної активності, осмислення вибору мотивів і цілей, опанування особистістю своєї активності, усвідомлення самосуб’єктного впливу на власну діяльність. Феномени особистісної самостійності/безпорадності проаналізовано не тільки як полярні, протилежні симптомокомплекси, а й як континуум, на якому означені якості особистості співвідносяться з різним рівнем її суб’єктності. Особистісну самостійність-безпорадність визначено як стійку комплексну характеристику особистості, що розвивається в процесі онтогенезу під впливом різноманітних чинників: вольових, мотиваційних, когнітивних, емоційних. Зауважено, що феномени особистісної самостійності та безпорадності тісно пов’язані з рівнем життєстійкості особистості. Зазначено, що важливим у контексті розуміння розвитку самостійності особистості в юнацькому віці, особливостей її саморегуляції, становлення незалежності і психологічної автономії в процесі дорослішання є звернення до положень теорії сепарації-індивідуації. Відзначено, що особливості становлення самостійності доцільно розглядати у взаємозв’язку внутрішньопсихологічного і міжособистісного контекстів розвитку особистості, внаслідок чого формується відчуття її автономності. У свою чергу, набуття автономії, стає можливим за умови досягнення особистістю цілісності, диференційованої ідентичності, а також завдяки розвитку системи автономної регуляції. Життєвий вибір особистості розглянуто як рушійну силу її світобудови, що, визначає напрями самоорганізації особистості як складної, цілісної і відкритої системи.

The article is devoted to the results of theoretical analysis of the problem of development of self-dependence and helplessness of the individual in adolescence. Scientific ideas about the essence of the phenomena of self-dependence and helplessness are considered in the context of the formation of fundamental attributes of personality – activity, subjectivity, self-regulation, autonomy, ability to make life choices. It is noted that there are some aspects of the study of self-dependence in the field of scientific analysis, such as activation and initiation of arbitrary activity, understanding the choice of motives and goals, mastering their activities, awareness of self-influence on their own activities. The phenomena of self-dependence/helplessness are analyzed not only as polar, opposite symptom complexes, but also as a continuum on which the indicated personality qualities correspond to different levels of its subjectivity. Personal independence-helplessness is defined as a stable complex characteristic of the personality that develops in the process of ontogenesis under the influence of various factors: volitional, motivational, cognitive, emotional. It is noted that the phenomena of self-dependence and helplessness are closely related to the level of hardiness of the individual. It is indicated that it is important in the context of the development of self-dependence in the youthful age, the peculiarities of self-regulation, the formation of independence and psychological autonomy in the process of growing up and developing the position of the theory of separation-individuation. It is noted that the peculiarities of the formation of self-dependence should be considered in the relationship of intra-psychological and inter-personal contexts of personality development, resulting in a sense of autonomy. In turn, the acquisition of autonomy becomes possible if the individual achieves integrity, differentiated identity, as well as through the development of autonomous regulation. The life choice of the individual is considered as the driving force of its universe, which determines the direction of self-organization of the individual as a complex, holistic and open system.
