Формування компетентностей з охорони праці в майбутніх фахівців економічних спеціальностей

Abstract

У дисертації здійснено комплексне науково-педагогічне дослідження змісту процесу формування компетентностей з охорони праці майбутніх фахівців економічних спеціальностей. На основі теоретико-методологічного аналізу розроблено модель системи формування компетентностей з охорони праці майбутніх фахівців економічних спеціальностей, визначено організаційно-педагогічні умови, які сприяють ефективній реалізації запропонованої моделі. Розроблена модель системи підготовки майбутніх фахівців-економістів з охорони праці є відображенням авторської концепції як теоретико-методологічної основи підготовки майбутніх фахівців працеохоронної галузі – наукомісткої та високотехнологічної спеціальності. Розроблена модель дала змогу нам провести усвідомлений пошук оптимальних шляхів формування компетентностей з охорони праці та на кінцевому етапі експериментального дослідження допомогла співставити реальний стан із бажаним. Розглянуто основні компоненти змісту освітнього середовища для формування компетентностей з охорони праці за освітньо-професійними програмами рівня вищої освіти «бакалавр» та «магістр». Сформульовано авторське тлумачення понять «професійна та функціональна компетентність», «професійне кредо». Запропоновано оновлення

змісту і структури освітнього середовища підготовки майбутніх фахівців з охорони праці. Досліджено дидактичні можливості інформаційних технологій як ефективного сучасного засобу підготовки майбутнього фахівця-економіста з безпекових дисциплін. Запропоновано методичні підходи до організації працеохоронної діяльності студентів із використанням сучасних інформаційних технологій. Шляхом дослідно-експериментальної перевірки підтверджено ефективність розробленої методичної системи формування компетентностей з охорони праці майбутніх фахівців економічних спеціальностей в закладах вищої освіти.

In the dissertation a complex scientific and pedagogical research of the content of training of future specialists in labor protection in vocational education institutions was carried out. On the basis of the theoretical and methodological analysis the concept is grounded and the model of the system of training of future specialists in labor protection in institutions of professional education is developed, organizational and pedagogical conditions promoting effective realization of the offered model are defined. The model of the system of professional training of future specialists in labor protection is developed as a reflection of the author's concept as theoretical and methodological basis of training of future specialists in labor protection branch - science intensive and high-tech specialty. The developed model allowed us to conduct a conscious search for optimal ways of professional training of future specialists of labor protection profile and at the final stage of experimental research helped us to compare the real state with the desired one. The main components of the content of educational environment for training future specialists of labor protection under the educational and professional programs of higher education level "bachelor" and "master" are considered. The author's interpretation of the concepts of "professional and functional competence", "professional training" and professional credo is formulated. It is proposed to update the content and structure of the educational environment for professional training of future specialists in labor protection. On the basis of conducted scientific researches, it was determined that all competent specialists in labor protection should possess such professionally important qualities that have a significant influence on the formation of their professionalism: concentration of attention, observation, responsibility, independence, balance, professional reliability, stress resistance, communicativeness, creativity, possession of

the regulatory and legal framework that characterizes the stability and ability to work under the conditions of hazardous industrial factors. Low level of formation of these qualities, in particular: concentration of attention, emotional balance, excessive propensity to risk, is a negative factor in emergency situations and can be a cause of an accident. The degree of adequacy of behavior, assessment of the state of the situation, making the right situational decisions in cases of unforeseen danger to life is largely determined by both inborn features of a specialist, in particular: the type of his nervous system, character, a number of other psychological and physiological indicators, and the motivational sphere, level of professional training, work experience. Mechanisms have been developed to manage the quality of training of future labor protection specialists on the basis of a competency-based approach. It was found out that the indicator of quality of training of the future specialist of specialty 015 Professional education (Labor Protection) is his level of competence, which provides mastering of professional (practical), methodical, functional (labor protection), social, psychological, informational, communicative, ecological, valeological and other competences. The didactic capabilities of information technologies as an effective modern means of training future labor protection specialists in the field of discipline security were studied. Methodological approaches to organizing labor protection activities of students using modern information technologies were proposed. The effectiveness of the developed methodical system for the professional training of future labor protection specialists in vocational education institutions was confirmed through experimental testing.
