У дисертації вперше науково обґрунтовано теоретичні та методичні засади формування професійної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів фізичної культури і спорту.
Розроблено авторську концепцію формування професійної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів фізичної культури і спорту, яка відтворює специфіку набуття ними професійної компетентності, враховуючи, спрямування на отримання вищої освіти та конкурентну відповідність таких фахівців на ринку праці.
Розроблено та експериментально перевірено систему формування професійної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів фізичної культури і спорту, яка складається з авторської концепції, цільового, концептуального, змістово-процесуального, результативно-оцінювального блоків моделі системи та навчально-методичного супроводу, що визначають зміст формування професійної компетентності здобувачів вищої освіти другого (магістерського) рівня у закладах вищої освіти.
Виявлено та теоретично обґрунтовано педагогічні умови (інтеграція змісту навчання майбутніх менеджерів фізичної культури і спорту в процесі вивчення фахових дисциплін; використання інноваційних освітніх технологій, спрямованих на розв’язання управлінських завдань майбутніх менеджерів фізичної культури і спорту; практико-орієнтоване навчання майбутніх менеджерів фізичної культури і спорту із урахуванням інтересів стейкхолдерів), які передбачають успішне впровадження системи формування професійної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів фізичної культури і спорту шляхом створення максимально наближеного інформаційно-освітнього середовища до майбутньої професійної діяльності цих фахівців.
The dissertation scientifically substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, the categorical-conceptual apparatus of the pedagogical and physical culture component of the formation of professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports was specified.
The author's interpretations of the definitions «future managers of physical culture and sports», «professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports» and «formation of professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports», revealing their essential features and their objective structure, are presented.
The essence of the concepts «manager», «professionalism», «specialist in physical culture and sports», «management in physical culture and sports», «manager of physical culture and sports», «criterion of professional competence of the future manager of physical culture and sports», «indicators the formation of professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports» and «level», which revealed a broader interpretation of their content, and also focused on the differences between the concepts of «competence» and «competency».
The features of training future managers of physical culture and sports in higher education institutions in Europe, in particular Great Britain, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Italy, Spain and Croatia, for using the best practices in the educational process of domestic higher educational institutions have been determined.
It has been determined that the methodological basis for the formation of professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports in higher education institutions is formed by methodological approaches (systemic, technological, theoretical-cognitive, integrative, competence-based, qualimetric, activity-oriented, praxeological, personality-oriented and acmeological), which help with to find out the forms, methods and means of training, it is necessary to choose as the most successful for the formation of the professional competence of these specialists.
The structure of professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports and its components (motivational-axiological, cognitive, praxeological, personal), which is formed in higher education institutions, has been substantiated.
Criteria (motivational, information-cognitive, activity, socio-psychological), indicators and levels of formation (high, medium, low) of professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports are identified. It was found that the system of forming professional competence among future managers of physical culture and sports should be considered as a process of ensuring the quality of educational services by the country's universities, to promote the training of these specialists, such a level of professional competence, thanks to which they can become competitive in the labor market, independently organize physical education different segments of the population and successfully work at all management levels of the sports movement.
The concept of the formation of professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports in higher education institutions is formulated, which reproduces the specifics of the formation of professional competence, taking into account the direction to higher physical education and competitive compliance of future managers in the labor market.
A model of the system for the formation of professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports has been developed and experimentally tested, the components of which are target, conceptual, content-procedural, productive-evaluative blocks, educational and methodological support, which contributes to the formation of professional competence in higher education institutions.
Revealed and substantiated pedagogical conditions (integration of the content of training of future managers of physical culture and sports in the process of studying special disciplines, the use of innovative educational technologies aimed at solving managerial problems of future managers of physical culture and sports; practice-oriented training of future managers of physical culture and sports, taking into account stakeholders), which provide for the successful implementation of a model of the system for the formation of professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports by creating an environment as close as possible to the future professional activity of managers of physical culture and sports.
The content of the software for the formation of professional competence of future managers of physical culture and sports in higher education institutions is disclosed, in particular: educational and professional program; educational and methodological support of educational disciplines «Management and marketing in physical culture and sports» and «Sports management» for the acquisition of special professional competencies using educational technologies, in particular forms of education, methods and means.
