Abstract

Інноваційність як принцип нового педагогічного мислення розкрито як частину креативно-розвивального освітнього простору, найважливіше підґрунтя корпоративних цінностей університету та його традицій, що включає мотивацію на активний саморозвиток, самопізнання, самовдосконалення і викладача, і студента. Основними шляхами професійної самореалізації викладачів гуманітарних дисциплін визначено процес набуття досвіду інноваційної педагогічної діяльності через інтерактивне навчання, головна мета якого – сформувати у викладача вміння переносити концепції саморозвитку, наукові дидактичні розробки до практики вищої школи.

Innovation as the principle of a new pedagogical thinking is revealed as a part of the creative and developing educational space, a major basis of corporate values of the university and its traditions, which includes the motivation for active self-development, self-knowledge, self-improvement of both – a high school teacher and student. The main ways of professional self-realization of the high school teachers of humanitarian disciplines are defined as the process of acquiring experience of innovative pedagogical practices through the interactive learning, whose main objective is to give the high school teacher the ability to transfer the concept of self-development, scientific and didactic developments to the practice of higher education.
