Психологічні засади розвитку самоцінності особистості в процесі соціалізації

Abstract

У дисертації досліджуються психологічні засади розвитку самоцінності особистості в підлітковому та ранньому юнацькому віці. В руслі особистісноціннісної парадигми утверджується положення про те, що вихідною засадою розвитку особистості на різних вікових етапах виступає її самоцінність. Згідно з теоретичними установками особистісно-ціннісного підходу вибудовується авторська концепція розвитку самоцінності особистості. Вивчення генезису самоцінності особистості підлітка та юнака здійснювалось у процесі реалізації таких основних концептуальних положень розвитку самоцінності особистості як: автономізація – соціалізація власного «Я» особистості (автономне освоєння соціального та автономне відторгнення й відтворення соціального); обумовленість самореалізації самоцінності особистості різними стратегіями її поведінки (адаптативною-неадаптивною, альтруїстичною-егоїстичною, конструктивною-деструктивною). У висунутих положеннях обґрунтовується питання генезису самоцінності, її змісту, структури та типологічних особливостей на етапі дорослішання особистості; встановлюються сутність психологічних механізмів та закономірностей функціонування самоцінності особистості, основні підходи її психодіагностики в підлітковому та юнацькому віці. Створена психологічна модель самоцінності особистості дозволяє узагальнити особистісні детермінанти розвитку самоцінності особистості в процесі соціалізації, виявити критерії, рівні та показники структурно-динамічних та типологічних відмінностей цього процесу. Розроблено та впроваджено у практику навчально-виховного процесу школи та діяльність психологічної служби систему психологічного супроводу розвитку самоцінності особистості.

The psychological principles of the development of the self-value of the person in teenage and youthful age are investigated in the dissertation. In the tideway of the personal-valuable paradigm the position is affirmed that self-value of the person acts as the initial principle of its development at the different age stages. According to the theoretical orientations of the personal-valuable approach the author's concept of the development of the self-value of the person is built. Thus, the studying of the genesis of the self-value of the person of the teenager was carried out in the process of the realization of such basic conceptual positions of the development of the self-value of the person as: autonomization – socialization of the own "I" persons (independent development of the social both the independent tearing away and the reproduction of the social); the conditionality of the self-realization of the selfvalue of the person by the different strategies of its behavior (such strategies are: adaptative-not adaptative, altruistic – egoistical, constructive-destructive). The created psychological model of the self-value of the person allows to generalize the personal determinants of the development of the self-value of the person in the process of the socialization, to reveal the criteria, levels and indicators of the structurally-dynamic and typological differences of this process. It is developed and entered into practice of the educational and bringing up process of the school and the activity of the psychological service the system of the psychological support of the development of the self-value of the person, the different forms of the preventive and developing work. The approved program is directed on the development of the selfvalue of the person in the process of the socialization. The program of the psychological support of the development of the self-value has allowed to reach such changes of the valuable "I"of the persons, which directed on the positive shifts of the personal development, on the removal of the internal contradictions of their formation of the own "I", on the development of own independent position, and also on the actualisation of the constructive and altruistic strategy of the behaviour which lead to the positive changes of the personal development, of the judgement of the future potential "I". The development of the actualisation of the cognitive, motivational, communicative, regulative compounds of the self-values, the mechanisms of its functioning, the restoration of the balance of the autonomism-socialization of the own "I" of the persons, the consolidation of the self-realization of the self-value of the person in the social space by the means of the constructive and altruistic strategy of the behaviour, the formation of the proof emotionally-positive experience and the value-semantic relation to the own "I" and "JA-another" defines the efficiency of the psychological support. Psychological model of personality self-value within the framework of personal and valuable paradigm is created from the components reconstructed in the following dialectic correlation: cognitive – reflects such levels of self-value development as self-analysis, self-awareness and self-understanding; emotional – embraces levels of self-sentiment, self-acceptance, self-attitude; motivational – reflects needs in selfdetermination, self-actualization, self-realization; communicative – self-expression, self-presentation, self-affirmation; regulative – self-direction, self-organization, selfcontrol. The following forms of self-value development can be singled out: selfreflection, self-interest, self-esteem, dignity, self-assurance; the essence of valuable "I” has been determined as a general core of self-value. Personality genesis is stipulated by qualitative development of personality selfvalue and it is a process of self-awareness and value self-attitude to own "I” that actualizes new levels of opening in yourself of personal values and senses and raises personality to meaningful self-experience of own "I” sense, inner freedom and selfrealization. Peculiarities of personality self-value structure functioning during growing up are characterized by complication of cognitive, emotional, motivational, communicative components, self-reflection forms, self-interest, self-esteem, dignity, selfassurance as a result of personal orientation to new social life conditions, formation of new social roles, adoption and understanding of valuable “I”. Psychological mechanisms of personal self-value development during the period of growing-up are self-reflection and self-integration; criteria of its development integrity are emotional and valuable self-attitude, valuable and meaningful selfattitude, valuable and meaningful attitude to the others; the levels of value "development" – high, medium and low.

В диссертации исследуются психологические основы развития самоценности личности в подростковом и раннем юношеском возрасте. В русле личностно-ценностной парадигмы утверждается положение о том, что исходным принципом развития личности на разных возрастных этапах выступает ее самоценность. Согласно теоретическим установкам личностно-ценностного подхода выстраивается авторская концепция развития самоценности личности. Таким образом, изучение генезиса самоценности личности подростка и юноши осуществлялось в процессе реализации таких основных концептуальных положений развития самоценности личности как: автономизация-социализация собственного «Я» личности (автономное освоение социального и автономное отторжение и воспроизведение социального); обусловленность самореализации самоценности личности разными стратегиями ее поведения (такими стратегиями являются: адаптативная-неадаптивная, альтруистичная-эгоистическая, конструктивная-деструктивная). В выдвинутых положениях обосновывается вопросы генезиса самоценности, ее содержания, структуры и типологических особенностей на этапе взросления личности; устанавливаются сущность психологических механизмов и закономерностей функционирования самоценности личности, основные подходы ее психодиагностики в подростковом и юношескому возрасте. Созданная психологическая модель самоценности личности позволяет обобщить личностные детерминанты развития самоценности личности в процессе социализации, выявить критерии, уровни и показатели структурно-динамических и типологических отличий этого процесса. Разработано и введено в практику учебно-воспитательного процесса школы и деятельности психологической службы систему психологического сопровождения развития самоценности личности, разные формы профилактической и развивающей работы. Апробированная программа направлена на развитие самоценности личности в процессе социализации.
