Дисертація присвячена актуальній проблемі формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності студентів вищих технічних навчальних закладів не лише у процесі фізичного виховання, але й загалом, під час отримання освітніх послуг.
У дисертації розкрито зміст та структуру формування та методики
використання здоров’збережувальної компетентності у процесі фізичного
виховання студентів вищих технічних навчальних закладів інформаційно-
комунікаційних спеціальностей, її теоретико-методологічні підходи, принципи,
форми, методи та засоби.
Розроблено концепцію системи здоров’збережувальної компетентності у
процесі фізичного виховання студентської молоді на основі індивідуального
підходу, а також послідовності і неперервності її застосування, в якій
виокремлено та охарактеризовано загальнодидактичні та спеціальні принципи.
Визначено, експериментально перевірено та згруповано педагогічні умови,
зокрема: організаційно-педагогічні, дидактичні та психолого-педагогічні.
Згідно кореляційного аналізу визначені показники, що найбільш
характеризують рівень фізичної підготовленості та показники біологічного віку
студентів. Науково обґрунтовано, розроблено та експериментально перевірено
модель застосування здоров’збережувальної компетентності у процесі
фізичного виховання студентів, який включає методологічно-цільовий,
змістово-процесуальний та діагностично-результативний розділи і ґрунтується на методології системного, синергетичного, діяльнісного, особистісно-
орієнтованого, інтегративно-інноваційного та компетентнісного підходів.
Диссертация посвящена актуальной проблеме формирования
здоровьесохраняющей компетентности студентов высших технических
учебных заведений не только в процессе физического воспитания, но и в целом,
при получении образовательных услуг.
В диссертации раскрыто содержание и структуру формирования и
методики использования здоровьесохраняющей компетентности в процессе
физического воспитания студентов высших технических учебных заведений
информационно-коммуникационных специальностей, ее теоретико-
методологические подходы, принципы, формы, методы и средства.
Разработана концепция системы здоровьесохраняющей компетентности в
процессе физического воспитания студенческой молодежи на основе
индивидуального подхода, а также последовательности и непрерывности ее
применения, в которой выделены и охарактеризованы общедидактические и
специальные принципы. Определены, экспериментально проверены и
сгруппированы педагогические условия, в частности: организационно-
педагогические, дидактические и психолого-педагогические. Согласно с
результатами корреляционного анализа определены показатели, наиболее
характеризующие уровень физической подготовленности и показатели
биологического возраста студентов. Научно обоснована, разработана и экспериментально проверена модель
применения здоровьесохраняющей компетентности в процессе физического
воспитания студентов, который включает методологически-целевой,
содержательно-процессуальный и диагностически-результативный разделы и
основывается на методологии системного, синергетического, деятельностного,
личностно-ориентированного, интегративно-инновационного и
компетентностного подходов.
The thesis is devoted to the up to date problem of formation of health - saving
competence of students of information and communication specialties not only in the
process of physical education, but also in general, when receiving educational
services.
The thesis describes the content and structure of the methodology of using
health-saving competence in the process of physical education of students of higher
education institutions of information and communication specialties, its’ theoretical
and methodological approaches, principles, forms, methods and means.
The concept of the system of health-saving competence in the process of
physical education of student youth has been developed on the basis of consistency,
individual approach, as well as continuity of its application, where general and the
special principles have been outlined and characterized.
In the Law of Ukraine «On Higher Education» (2014), Section VI, Article 26,
it is noted that one of the main tasks of a higher education institution is the formation
of personality through patriotic, legal, environmental education, affirmation of moral
values, social activity, civic position in the participants of the educational process and
responsibility, a healthy lifestyle, the ability to think freely and self-organize in
modern conditions. Due to the fast growth and implementation of radio equipment, the problem of
forming the health-saving competence of students of information and communication
specialties in reducing the influence of electromagnetic safety is a current problem.
Considering only the unidirectional, by pathogenesis, action of physical factors, now,
there is a need to clarify the already combined effects of such electromagnetic
radiation provided by the use of computer technology by the students during the
educational process, as well as in the professional activities during the internship. In
these conditions, it is necessary to study the impact of physical education and various
forms of active recreation (physical culture micro-pause, gymnastics, gymnastics
pause), as well as physical and health and sports activities to reduce the effect on
students of the sum of these effects (from using gadgets) - ultraviolet area (area C),
radio wave, infrared and ionizing radiation, - despite the fact that they separately do
not exceed the established standards. At the same time, the combined effects of such electromagnetic radiation
provided by using various computer technologies, cause students’ fatigue headache,
memory and sleep disorders, etc. These student complaints indicate that the
electromagnetic radiation (EMR) limit is, however, exaggerated.
Conducting our research, we studied the students’ motivation to use physical
exercises and various forms of active recreation to promote health, dynamics of
biological age, and an increase of mental capacity. A key feature of the proposed methodology is the implementation of the
physical and educational program during physical education classes, training in
theoretical disciplines and independent training, the formation of students’ health and
safety competence.
Under the methodical system of application of health-saving competence, we
see the introduction in the process of physical education of students the forms, means
and methods of application of health-improving and cultural technologies,
mechanisms of their design in the health-saving educational space of the institution of
higher education with the help of modern innovative pedagogical technologies
The pedagogical conditions have been determined, experimentally tested and
grouped, in particular: organizational-pedagogical, didactic and psychologicalpedagogical.
According to the results of correlation analysis, the indicators that most
characterize the level of physical fitness and the students’ biological age have been
determined.
The model of application of health-preserving competence in the process of
physical education of students is scientifically substantiated, developed and
experimentally tested, which includes methodological-targeted, substantiveprocedural
and diagnostically-effective sections and is based on the methodology of
systematic, synergetic, activity, personality-oriented, integrative-innovative and
competence approaches. It was improved: existing theoretical and methodological principles of
application of the means of health-saving competence in the process of physical
education in institutions of higher education; the structure of information significant
indicators of professionally applied physical fitness of students of information and
communication specialties.
Approaches to the analysis of the existing physical and fitness technologies
have been further developed; scientific principles of modern information and
communication technologies using during monitoring of the state of health, the level
of physical fitness and indicators of the biological age of students both in the process
of physical education and during theoretical classes.
The practical significance of the results of the thesis research is the
development, experimental verification and implementation in the practice of higher
education institutions of a complex of educational and methodological support. The
textbook, educational manuals, methodical recommendations that help to increase the
efficiency of scientific and pedagogical staff in higher education institutions of
Ukraine have been developed.
The theoretically substantiated methodical system of application of the means
of health-saving competence in the process of physical education of students has
proved its effectiveness in the conditions of pedagogical experiment. The
methodology for determining the level of health-saving competence of students who
participated in the research has been adapted. The system of criteria and indicators,
constructed in relation to theoretically substantiated requirements, is correlated with
the structure of the methodological system of application of health-saving
competence in the process of physical education of students: motivational-value component – with motivational criterion, cognitive component – with content
criterion. The results of the study of the state of formation of health-saving
competence of students of higher education institution according to defined criteria
are presented.
