Теорія і практика професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності в умовах інформаційно-освітнього середовища

Abstract

У дисертації що вперше науково обґрунтовано теоретичні та практичні засади професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності в умовах інформаційно-освітнього середовища. Перевірено систему професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності в умовах інформаційно-освітнього середовища, яка спрямована на формування генерації, здатної відповідально здійснювати управлінську, науково-дослідницьку, проектно-пошукову, організаційно- планувальну, консультативно-дорадчу, технологічно-регламентувальну, експертно-аудиторську, психолого-педагогічну та квалітологічну просвітницьку діяльність на різних рівнях управління в галузі 02 «Культура і мистецтво»; утворюється упорядкованою єдністю об’єктивно взаємопов’язаних і взаємообумовлених синергетичної взаємодії структурних блоків цільового, науково-методичного змістовно-формувального та результативного контентів і виявлено організаційно-педагогічні умови (синтез інтегрованого сходження взаємопов’язаних елементів електронного середовища для кожного етапу професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів; конативність професійних мотивів аксіоматики майбутньої управлінської реалізації менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності в умовах інформаційно-освітнього середовища; розвиток професійної соціо-інформційної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності в умовах інформаційно-освітнього середовища в процесі професійної підготовки). Обґрунтовано авторську концепцію професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності в умовах інформаційно-освітнього середовища, яка визначає її мету, термінологічний апарат, методологічні підходи, закономірності та сукупність загальних і специфічних принципів. Подано авторське тлумачення понять «професійна підготовка майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності в умовах інформаційно-освітнього середовища», та «соціо-інформаційна компетентність майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності». Репрезентовано авторський інтелектуальний продукт електронне середовище (web-прототип) навчальних закладів – mobiSchool, як дидактичний потенціал «Універсального освітнього простору «Аccent», уможливлено його практичного втілення в процес професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності в умовах цифровізації суспільства. Розроблено показники та критерії соціо-інформційної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності в умовах інформаційно- освітнього середовища та уточнено їх рівні сформованості. Спроектовано зміст, форми і методи професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності в умовах інформаційно-освітнього середовища шляхом розроблених електронних (цифрових) навчально- методичних комплексів, методичних рекомендації проектування електронних освітніх ресурсів для професійної підготовки майбутніх управлінців. Удосконалено алгоритм протоколювання та анкетування відповідно до: оцінювання компетентностей бакалаврів, магістрів, як сформованої готовності до професійно-практичної діяльності з управління в галузях культури, освіти та науки; експертного бачення задоволеності соціального замовлення працедавців, експертного заключення ефективності методики організації професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності в умовах інформаційно-освітнього середовища, а також математичний апарат обробки даних педагогічного експерименту; Подальшого розвитку набули науково-методичні положення щодо розроблення цифрового забезпечення дистанційної форми навчання процесу професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів соціокультурної діяльності.

According to its goals and objectives this dissertation research carries out the theoretical generalization and practical solution to the scientific problem of substantiation of theoretical and practical bases of professional training of future managers of sociocultural activities in the conditions of informative and educational environment that takes into account the practical needs of the future specialists, the demands of society to the organization of the educational process. The research defines the sources of the transformational change and the necessity to upgrade management education in the sociocultural activities, which is due to the intensity of the industry and requires improvement: introduction of the positive foreign experience in educational and scientific services modernization; implementation of a differentiated approach to the choice of educational program disciplines tailored to the individual needs, interests and abilities of the future managers of sociocultural activities; updating the content management of the professional education; ensuring the effectiveness of the innovation processes in the system of managerial education sociocultural activities through the involvement in an active and conscious participation of the workers in education, art, culture, strengthening their professional liability; the development of the international cooperation in the field of teaching and staff training including the participation of the leading specialists from the European community. The author's interpretation defines the genesis of the concepts of «professional training of future managers of sociocultural activity in the context of informative and educational environment», and «professional socio-informative competence of future managers of sociocultural activity in institutions of higher education formed in the conditions of informative and educational environment». The concept of professional training of future managers of sociocultural activity in the conditions of informative and educational environment in higher education institutions in accordance with the functional observance of the specifics of professional environments - recreational-aesthetic, psychological-rehabilitative restoration of personality and intellectual and professional potentiality of the future specialists, alternative resorts, hotels and restaurants, information-analytical service segments of the industrial and territorial significance under the conditions of application of methodological approaches to the organization of pedagogical and historical study of the traditions of the hospitality industry, special country studies, sociocultural management. The model of the system of professional training of future managers of sociocultural activity in the conditions of informative and educational environment is designed in synergetic combination of system blocks: target, scientific-methodical, content-forming and effective. Also it takes into account the expert evaluation, based on the formed organizational variety of elements of informative and educational environment at each stage of preparation, connectiveness of professional motivation of axiomatics, implementation and continuous development of professional socioinformative competencies on the levels (excellent, appropriate, satisfactory) and the criteria (motivational (management and teaching), cognitive-activity (communication) acmeological and creative). The research results gave a possibility to develop the software and methodological support for the structural and organizational scheme of introduction and approbation of socio-informative educational environment of training of future managers of sociocultural activity. And some computer programs were created and the intellectual property for these programs was confirmed: Social Educational 3-D network, Universal educational space «Accent» («Accent»), «Accent» Web-Library, E-HK («E-HK»). The multi-vector of the functional organization of professional sociocultural competence formation is implemented by conducting and testing the effectiveness of the author's webinars and master classes in the triadic phenomenon providing means, method and forms of educational and scientific cognitive activity with the developed cognitive technologies through implementation and consulting. Experimental verification of the developed model of the system of professional training of future managers of sociocultural activity is organized in stages: motivational, statutory, formative-monitoring, control-system analysis with expert verification. At the control-system stage of the pedagogical experiment the reliability of the effectiveness of the developed system of professional training of future managers of sociocultural activity in the conditions of the informative and educational environment verified by K. Pearson's criterion was confirmed. The results of the study made it possible to substantiate the proposals on the prospects of professional training of future managers of sociocultural activity in the HEA. Further study will be provided by scientific and methodological provisions for the development of information and telecommunications provision of distance learning training for future managers of sociocultural activities.
