Розвиток суб’єктності студентів як результат правового виховання майбутніх фахівців в освітньому процесі ЗВО

Abstract

Концепція статті полягає у розгляді зв’язку між процесами формування сучасних правових норм й правосвідомості студентської молоді та розвитком суб’єктності майбутніх фахівців. Встановлено, що розвиток суб’єктності завжди залежить від певних наявних у суспільстві можливостей, від ступеня забезпечення прав і свобод людини в державі, а формування суб’єктних якостей особистості ґрунтується на свободі як усвідомленій, ціннісно-орієнтованій, керованій суб’єктом активності в умовах певного суспільства. На основі аналізу праць учених щодо суб’єктної позиції студента розкрито динамічну інтегративну характеристику особистості, яка виражає систему емоційно-ціннісних ставлень, визначає рефлексивно-особистісний спосіб активності студента в освітній діяльності, спілкуванні, самопізнанні. Основна ідея становлення суб’єктності студента в освітньому процесі ЗВО полягає в тому, що цей процес загалом і різні його складники розглядаються авторкою як основні чинники освітньої активності, а майбутній фахівець – як носій індивідуального суб’єктивного досвіду, що зумовлює його прагнення до розвитку й самореалізації внутрішнього потенціалу. Доведено, що правове виховання студентської молоді є процесом динамічної зміни правового світогляду молодої людини як суб’єкта майбутньої професійної діяльності, який відбувається в умовах відкриття реальних можливостей особистості, що дає їй змогу відчути себе суб’єктом освітньої, а в перспективі – власної професійної діяльності, що необхідно для вільного творчого розвитку її особистості на засадах поваги до прав і свобод людини в суспільстві. Для з’ясування ступеня правового виховання студентів у ЗВО та розуміння впливу цього процесу на розвиток суб’єктності майбутніх фахівців у питаннях дотримання недискримінаційного підходу в освіті нами було проведено спеціальне опитування, результати якого засвідчили середній і низький рівні правових знань студентів, наявність у них хибних уявлень і стереотипів щодо прав та обов’язків отримувачів і надавачів освітніх послуг, що значно ускладнює їхню подальшу інтеграцію до професійного середовища ЗЗСО, створює непорозуміння у професійних стосунках, заважає розвиватися й будувати кар’єру.

The concept of the article is to consider the relationship between the processes of formation of modern legal norms and legal awareness of student youth and the development of the subjectivity of future professionals. It is established that the development of subjectivity always depends on certain existing opportunities in society, on the degree of human rights and freedoms in the state, and the formation of subjective qualities of the individual is based on freedom as a conscious, value-oriented, controlled by the subject of activity in a particular society. Based on the analysis of the works of scientists, the subjective position of the student is revealed as a dynamic integrative characteristic of personality, which expresses a system of emotional and value relations, determines the reflexive-personal way of student activity in educational activities, communication, and self-knowledge. The main idea of the formation of the subjectivity of the student in the educational process of higher educational institutions is that this process as a whole and its various components are considered by the author as the main factors of educational activity, and the future specialist – as a carrier of individual subjective experience which determines his desire for development and self-realization of internal potential. It is proved that legal education of student youth is a process of dynamic change of legal worldview of a young person as a subject of future professional activity, which takes place in the conditions of discovering real possibilities of personality, which allows him to feel as a subject of educational and, in the long run – own professional activity that is necessary for the free creative development of his/her personality on the basis of respect for human rights and freedoms in society. To clarify the degree of legal education of students in higher educational institutions and understand the impact of this process on the development of the subjectivity of future professionals in non-discriminatory approach in education, we conducted a special survey, the results of which showed the average and low level of legal knowledge of students, occurrence of misconceptions and stereotypes about the rights and responsibilities of recipients and providers of educational services, which significantly complicates their further integration into the professional environment of basic secondary educational institutions, creates misunderstandings in professional relations, hinders the development and career building.
