Психологічні механізми соціальної адаптації молоді з порушеннями функцій опорно-рухового апарату

Abstract

У дослідженні здійснено теоретичний аналіз сучасних теоретико -методологічних підходів до вивчення проблеми психологічних механізмів соціальної адаптації особистості. Визначено передумови виникнення, специфіку, компонентний склад та розроблено структурно-функціональну модель зазначених механізмів у молоді з порушеннями функцій опорно-рухового апарату. Визначено методологічні засади та здійснено емпіричне дослідження особливостей психологічних механізмів соціальної адаптації молоді з порушеннями функцій опорно-рухового апарату. Обґрунтовано найбільш суттєві фактори, що можуть використовуватися при відстеженні рівня адаптації молоді з порушеннями функцій опорно-рухового апарату. Розкрито теоретичні засади психокорекції дезадаптивних проявів психологічних механізмів соціальної адаптації молоді з порушеннями функцій опорно-рухового апарату, що стало підґрунтям для розробки та апробації системи психокорекції зазначених проявів. Встановлено, що застосування спеціалізованих засобів психокорекційного впливу позначається на компонентному складі та адаптивній спрямованісті психологічних механізмів соціальної адаптації молоді з порушеннями функцій опорно-рухового апарату.

В исследовании осуществлён теоретический анализ современных теоретико -методологических подходов к изучению проблемы психологических механизмов социальной адаптации личности. Научное обобщение позволило определить предпосылки возникновения, компонентный состав и разработать структурнофункциональную модель отмеченных механизмов молодежи с нарушениями функций опорно-двигательного аппарата. Определенно методологические принципы и проведено эмпирическое исследование особенностей психологических механизмов социальной адаптации молодежи с нарушениями функций опорно-двигательного аппарата. Обобщение результатов исследования позволило определить наиболее существенные факторы, определяющие уровень адаптации молодежи с нарушениями функций опорнодвигательного аппарата. В диссертации теоретически обоснованы принципы психокоррекции дезадаптивных проявлений психологических механизмов социальной адаптации молодежи с нарушениями функций опорно-двигательного аппарата, что в сочетании с результатами констатирующего исследования, послужили основой для разработки и апробации системы психокоррекции. В результате формирующего эксперимента уставлено, что, применение специализированных средств психокоррекции воздействуют на компонентный состав и адаптивную направленность психологических механизмов социальной адаптации молодежи с нарушениями опорно-двигательного аппарата.

The research carries out a theoretical analysis of contemporary theoretical and methodological approaches to studying the psychological mechanisms of social adaptation of youth with motor disabilities. A scientific generalization allowed to determine the preconditions of occurrence, peculiarities and composition of the stated mechanisms as well as to develop their structural-functional model. The ascending construct of the structural-functional model is a four-dimensional personality structure of youth with motor disabilities (inborn, gained or gained during the participation in the joined forces operation) with a personal core - the I-concept of the personality, which is presented by four orthogonal axes that reflect the social-psychological-individual, activity, nosological, age, genetic dimensions. Psychological mechanisms of social adaptation - emotional-affective, communicative, cognitive, behavioral and motivational-willing - ascend from the personality structure and each has an adaptive and maladaptive form of manifestation. The presented mechanisms start a bi-lateral interaction with social adaptation factors, which are being formed within the system of complex social rehabilitation. The thesis determined the methodological foundations and carried out an empirical study of psychological mechanisms of social adaptation of youth with motor disabilities. The composed complex of complimentary methods includes original questionnaires aimed at studying the peculiarities of the I-concept of youth with motor disabilities, diagnostics of psychological mechanisms of social adaptation of youth with motor disabilities and the questionnaire to study the personal data of youth with motor disabilities (social background). As a result of the empirical study it has been determined the existence of social adaptation problems, the peculiarities of the composition of the I -concept of a personality and well as that all the studied youth with motor disabilities demonstrated the prevalence of maladaptive strategies of the emotional-affective psychological mechanism of social adaptation. The specific prevalence of maladaptive manifestations of the communicative psychological mechanism was characteristic of JFO veterans. Generalization of the research results allowed to determine the most significant factors that may be used while monitoring the level of adaptation of youth with motor disabilities: adaptation-aimed factors - self-oriented, adaptive-rational and maladaptive factors - maladaptive, conformist, emotional-compromising. The thesis singles out a five-factor structure of psychological mechanisms of social adaptation of youth with inborn motor disabilities (alienated-maladaptive, accepting-adaptive, self-oriented, depending-rationalizing, internally-avoiding), a four-factor structure for youth with gained motor disabilities (aggressive-defending, competitive-vibrant-emotional-adaptive) and a three-factor structure for youth with motor disabilities gained during the joint forces operation (destructive-maladaptive, accepting-cooperative-dependent). The thesis discloses the theoretical foundations of psychological correction of maladaptive manifestations of psychological mechanisms of social adaptation of youth with motor disabilities, which, in combination with the results of the ascertaining study, became the foundation for the development and approbation of a system of psychological correction of the stated manifestation in youth with motor disabilities. The principles of personally-oriented, corrective-educational and psychoanalytical approaches served as the methodological foundation for the development of the system. According to the applied general scientific and specific principles and stages of implementation of the stated system, the study discloses the peculiarities of psychological corrective influence of the tools presented in the system (the awareness raising block - lectures, study seminars, summer camps, press-conferences and round tables; the psychological correction block - individual psychological correction (psychological, telephone, distance consulting using Internet resources) and group psychological correction (group psychotherapy of youth with inborn, gained and gained during JFO disabilities)). The structure, content and organizational integrity of the psychological correction system will ensure the activation of personality changes in youth with the further formation of adaptive strategies of the psychological mechanisms of social adaptation. The results of the targeted psychological corrective influence demonstrate statistical changes in the indexes of socio-psychological adaptation, in the composition of the I-concept, in the indexes of emotional-affective, communicative, behavioral, cognitive and motivational-willing psychological mechanisms of psychological adaptation as well as the psychological defense mechanisms. By the results of the performed forming experiment it has been determined that the application of specialized tools of psychological corrective influence affects the composition and adaptation vector of the psychological mechanisms of social adaptation of youth with motor disabilities.
