Аналіз досвіду використання методу інтелект-карт у системі вищої військової освіти України

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу стану вищої української військової освіти, зокрема проблемі підготовці майбутніх фахівців прикордонної служби, яка прагне розвиватись у контексті європейської, проте переживає низку складнощів та проблем. У проблемі модернізації вищої військової освіти виокремлено питання використання інноваційних технологій. Представлено сутність та особливості методу інтелектуальних карт. У статті подано результати впровадження методу у мережі закладів вищої освіти правоохоронних структур та Збройних Сил України, яких в державі існує чимала кількість. Проаналізовано використання методу інтелект-карт світовою спільнотою та, з метою здійснення порівняльного аналізу, українською освітньою системою, на прикладі вищого закладу освіти прикордонного відомства України. Представлено фрагменти використаних інтелект-карт в освітньому процесі академії прикордонної служби протягом викладання різних навчальних дисциплін (політологічних, економічних). На основі математичних статистичних інструментів опрацьовано результати проведених опитувань, бесід, спостережень з представленої проблеми. Проаналізовано стан впровадження методу інтелект-карт у систему вищої військової освіти України: здійснювалось таке дослідження на основі порівняльного методу між навчальним групами курсантів академії прикордонної служби, за різними спеціальностями та протягом викладання як гуманітарних, так і спеціальних військових навчальних дисциплін. У статті сформульовано узагальнені висновки щодо проведеного наукового дослідження, сутність яких переважно полягає у необхідності змін і перетворенні української освітньої системи з консервативної у ліберальну та демократичну, паралельно із іншими соціальними утвореннями в українському суспільстві.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the status of higher Ukrainian military education, in particular, the problem of training future specialists of the Border Guard Service, which seeks to develop in the context of the European one, but faces a number of difficulties and problems. The issue of innovative technologies use has been highlighted in the problem of modernization of higher military education. The essence and features of the mind maps method have been presented. The article presents the results of implementation of the method in a network of institutions of higher education of law enforcement agencies and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the number of which is considerable in the state. The use of the mind maps method by the world community and, for the purpose of comparative analysis, by the Ukrainian educational system, on the example of a higher educational institution of the Border Guard Agency of Ukraine, has been analysed. The fragments of the mind maps usage in the educational process of the Border Guard Academy during the teaching of various subjects (politological, economics) have been presented. The results of the conducted surveys, conversations, observations on the presented problem have been processed on the basis of mathematical statistical tools. The state of introduction of the method of mind maps in the system of higher military education of Ukraine has been analysed. Such a study has been carried out on the basis of a comparative method between study groups of cadets of the Border Guard Academy, in different specialties and during the teaching of both humanities and special military educational subjects. The article summarizes the conclusions of the conducted research, the essence of which is the need to change and transform the Ukrainian educational system from a conservative to a liberal and democratic one, in parallel with other social entities in Ukrainian society.
