Методична система художньо-технічного проектування у фаховій підготовці майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників

Abstract

У дисертаційній роботі досліджені теоретичні та методичні основи розвитку художньо-технічного проектування у фаховій підготовці майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників технічних професій. Обґрунтована психологопедагогічна доцільність залучення майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників технічних професій до професійно орієнтованого художньо-технічного проектування. Сформульовано авторське тлумачення понять «художньотехнічне проектування», «художньо-технічна творчість» і «проектно-творча компетентність» для професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Запропоновано авторську концепцію художньо-технічного проектування у фаховій підготовці, мета якої поглибити в майбутніх робітників технічних професій контекстне розуміння розвитку професійної галузі, сприяти розвитку творчого мислення в процесі проектно-технологічної та проектно-художньої діяльності, підвищити мобільність та адаптацію випускників на ринку праці. Розроблено комплекс взаємопов’язаних моделей, що всебічно описують розвиток художньотехнічного проектування в процесі фахової підготовки у закладах професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Розроблено та експериментально перевірено методичну систему художньо-технічного проектування у фаховій підготовці майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників, яка ґрунтується на полінауковому підході. Удосконалено зміст художньо-технічного проектування для професій профілю «людина-техніка», який пов'язаний із змістовим наповненням проектно-творчої компетентності. Запропоновано методику навчання художньо-технічного проектування у фаховій підготовці та методику формування проектно-творчої компетентності майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників. Ефективність методичної системи підтверджена результатами педагогічного експерименту. Визначено ефективні шляхи поетапного впровадження художньо-технічного проектування у фахову підготовку кваліфікованих робітників технічної галузі. Подальшого розвитку набули наукові положення щодо неперервної дизайн-освіти, складовою ланкою якої є професійно-технічна дизайн-освіта.

On the basis of the Conception of artistic and technical designing in the professional training of future qualified workers, the methodical system of artistic and technical designing and its theoretical and methodological foundations was substantiated and developed. The artistic and technical creativity is regarded as a practical, integrated activity aimed at manufacturing of a new object which will purposefully combine the artistic and technical aspects based on the integration of the figurative, visual and rational thinking, profound knowledge in various fields and understanding of the mechanisms of their interaction, regarding the artistic and aesthetic criteria while choosing technological techniques for its manufacturing. In accordance with the model of the methodical system, in each component of professional training (professional and theoretical, vocational and practical training, extra-curricular work), the integrated content of artistic and technical design in the forms of learning inherent in vocational education is realized: a lesson, a circle, an exhibition-report, competition of professional skills, festival of creativity, club work, small working academy, etc.). For the development of artistic and technical design, methods such as traditional ones, the type of cognitive activity (partially exploratory, investigatory, problematic), productive learning (heuristic, semantic vision, translation of verbal information into a significant), innovative (coaching, artistic activities, and etc.), means (didactic materials, natural objects, museum exposition, video, multimedia materials, software). The proposed methodology of the designing and creative competence formation, which is regarded as an entity, integrates motivational and value, cognitive, operational activity, creative, social and emotional components. Methodological work based on the study of the artistic and technical designing is done in accordance with the educational activity components (motivational, indicative, executive, reflexive, evaluative and cognitive), applying the methods and means of training focused on the intellectual and practical students activities. When changing the level of implementation of the methodical system, there is a phased development of the artistic and technical design in the professional training of workers in the institutions of vocational education: professionally oriented subject circle, professional design education in the relevant environment, professional STEAM education, diagnostic, which is aimed at monitoring the formation of design and creative competence on the developed criteria, indicators and levels. Experimental testing of the methodical system model of artistic and technical design in the professional training of future qualified workers in circle work has revealed that the potential opportunities for the development of artistic and technical creativity are technical professions focused on transformation activities. When creating the appropriate pedagogical conditions and motivational orientation of future qualified workers getting technical professions, there is a harmonious development of abilities, including at the expense of the artistic aspect of the profession. The formation of artistic and technical design components was determined on the basis of the design and creative competence of future qualified workers according to certain criteria, indicators and levels. Analysis of changes dynamics in the main indicators of design and creative competence components in the experimental and control groups showed that positive changes take place in both groups with an advantage in the experimental.
