Інформаційно-комунікаційні технології як засіб формування готовності майбутніх офіцерів до професійної самореалізації в закладах зі специфічними умовами навчання

Abstract

Стаття присвячена розгляду суперечностей між швидкоплинними змінами в освіті, пов’язаними з використанням інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у навчальному процесі, і недостатнім використанням педагогічних можливостей цих засобів у процесі формування готовності майбутніх офіцерів до професійної самореалізації. Найбільша кількість учасників (56 %) надає перевагу інтерактивним методам і формам навчання та виховання курсантів і студентів, оскільки вони підвищують інтерес до навчання й залучають учасників до навчально-виховного процесу. Серед опитаних викладачів і курсових офіцерів 47 % опитуваних наголошують на недостатній навчально-матеріальній базі під час навчального процесу, що перешкоджає ефективному використанню інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у роботі з курсантами й студентами. Уперше сформульовано й заповнено анкету для визначення ставлення викладачів і курсових офіцерів до застосування інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Виокремлено засоби інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, які максимально сприяють професійній самореалізації майбутніх офіцерів. Утілено в життя ідейні дослідження, розроблені в Школі молодих викладачів. На основі аналізу результатів анкетування викладачів і курсових офіцерів ступінь використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій під час роботи з курсантами й студентами гуманітарного профілю в закладах зі специфічними умовами навчання не може бути визначена як задовільна. Необхідно ознайомити учасників навчально-виховного процесу щодо сучасних засобів масової інформації та комунікаційних технологій, які сприяють професійній самореалізації. Школа молодих викладачів – це центр підвищення кваліфікації викладачів і курсових працівників із питань формування готовності майбутніх фахівців до професійної самореалізації за допомогою засобів інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій.

This article is based on the contradiction between the transient changes in education associated with the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process and the lack of use of the pedagogical capabilities of these tools in the process of forming the readiness of future specialists for professional self-realization. The largest number of respondents (56 %) prefer interactive methods and forms of training and education of cadets and students as they increase the interest in learning and involve participants into the educational process. Among surveyed teachers and course officers 47 % of these people emphasize the poor technical equipment of the educational process, which impedes the effective use of information and communication technologies in working with cadets and students. For the first time a questionnaire has been formulated and filled in to define the attitude of teachers and course officers to the application of information and communication technologies. The means of information and communication technologies, which maximally contribute to the professional self-realization of future officers are singled out. The research ideas developed in the work of the School of Young Teachers have been implemented. Based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire of teachers and course officers, the degree of the use of information and communication technologies in their work with cadets and students of the humanitarian profile in institutions with specific learning conditions can`t be described as satisfactory one. It is practically necessary to ensure the awareness of the participants in the educational process about modern means of information and communication technologies that promote professional self-realization. The School of Young Teachers is the center for the improvement of the skills of teachers and course officers on the issues of forming the readiness of future specialists for professional self-realization through means of information and communication technologies.
