Педагогічні умови формування позитивної мотивації студентської молоді до занять фізичною культурою

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі активізації і залучення студентської молоді до занять фізичною культурою. Об- ґрунтовано ефективність процесу формування позитивної мотивації завдяки чіткому визначенню цінностей фізичної культури і спорту в житті студента, місця і ролі фізичних вправ у здоровому способі його життя та впровадженню нових форм і методів навчальної та фізкультурно-масової роботи для підвищення рівня рухової активності серед студентської молоді. Визначено педагогічні умови, які сприятимуть ефективності процесу формування мотивації студентів вищих педагогічних навчальних закладів до занять фізичною культурою, а саме: застосування особистісно- орієнтованого підходу в процесі організації та проведення занять із фізичного виховання; самоуправління й самови- ховання у студентів потреби самостійно займатися фізичною культурою; налагодження певних взаємовідносин між студентами та викладачами на демократичних та гуманних засадах і методичному співробітництві.

The article is sanctified to the problem of activation and bringing in of student young people to engaging in a physical culture. Efficiency of process of forming of positive motivation is reasonable due to clear determination of values of physical culture and sport in life of student, place and role of physical exercises in the healthy way of his life and to introduction of new forms and methods of educational and athletic-mass work for the increase of level of motive activity among student young people. Pedagogical terms that will assist efficiency of process of forming of motivation of students of higher pedagogical educational establishments to engaging in a physical culture are certain, namely: application of the personality-oriented approach in the process of organization and realization employments physical education; the students of necessity independently to engage in a physical culture have self-government and self-education; adjusting of certain mutual relations is between students and teachers on democratic and humane principles and methodical collaboration.
