Взаємовідношення соціального інституту влади та соціальної системи управління: генетичний контекст

Abstract

У статті продемонстровано відношення соціального інституту влади та соціальної системи управління. За допомогою генетичного аналізу з’ясовано, що їх витоками є соціальний світ з генетичним ядром людської особистості. Визначено зв’язки між соціальною системою управління та соціальним інститутом влади. Описано локальність саморозгортання соціального світу, яка відбувається у двох площинах (горизонтальній та вертикальній). Запропоновано авторську концепцію визначення різниці між соціальним інститутом влади і соціальною системою управління. Означено характеристику соціальної системи управління залежно від режимів життєдіяльності систем. Обґрунтовано важливість організаційних явищ для розуміння функціонування соціальної системи. Продемонстровано генезис та структуру загальної теорії управління.

The article demonstrates the relationship between the social institution of power and the social management system. Using the tool of genetic analysis, it is shown that their origins are the social world with the genetic core of the human personality. The relationship between the social management system and the social power institution is defined. The locality of self-development of the social world occurring in two planes (horizontal and vertical) is described. The author’s conception of the difference between the social institution of power and the social management system is presented. The characteristic of the social control system is determined depending on the modes of vital activity of the systems. The importance of organizational phenomena for understanding the functioning of the social system is substantiated. The genesis and structure of the general control theory are demonstrated.
