Сценарії реінтеграції української вищої освіти: філософський аналіз та оцінка перспектив

Abstract

Продемонстровано, що актуальними цілями політики реінтеграції є: 1) Налагодження ефективної системи роботи переміщених ЗВО на нових місцях; 2) Розширення і модернізація мате-ріально-технічної, організаційної й методологічної бази переміщених ЗВО; 3) Підготовка переміщених ЗВО до повернення на звільнені території; 4) Розробка і впровадження системних заходів з підтримки молоді з окупованих територій, стимулю-вання їх до вступу саме у переміщені заклади. Запропоновано три альтернативні сценарії реінтеграції української вищої освіти: “Внутрішні ресурси”, “Міжнародна підтримка” та “Оптимальний підхід”.

It was demonstrated, that main goals of the reintegration policy are: 1) Setting up an effective system of work of displaced higher education institutions at new location; 2) Expansion and modernization of the logistical, organizational and methodological base of displaced higher education institutions; 3) Preparation of displaced higher education institutions for returning to the “own” territory; 4) Development and implementation of systemic measures to support the youth from the occupied territories, encouraging them to enter the precinct into displaced institutions. Three alternative scenarios for the reintegration of Ukrainian higher education are proposed: “Internal Resources”, “International Support” and “Optimal Approach”.
