Педагогічні етапи готовності економістів-підприємців до професійної освіти

Abstract

У статті розкрито основні педагогічні етапи підготовки фахівців до підприємницької діяльності: інформаційний, особистісний та контрольний. Подано розроблений міні-опитувальник, який дозволив нам упевнитися у позитивних намірах студентів здобути знання саме з професійної педагогічної освіти. У таблиці наведено результати опитування студентів другого курсу з виявлення знань теорії та методики професійної освіти. Автор пропонує прослуховування спецкурсу “Професійно-педагогічна освіта підприємців” для студентів четвертого курсу з метою формування позитивної мотивації для підготовки студентів до підприємницької діяльності.

The main pedagogical stages of preparing specialists for entrepreneurial activity: informational, personal and examining are revealed. During each of pedagogical stages an experiment with students of banking field is made. A mini-questionnaire was developed which allowed to make sure about students’positive intentions to get knowledge in professional and pedagogical education. The table summarizes the results of a second-level student’s survey on the identification of the theory and methodology of professional education. The main aim of experiment is to create a positive motivation for students’ preparation for enterpreneural activity during all mentioned pedagogical stages. During the survey the works of outstanding ukraininan scholars in pedagody, psycology and professional preparation are deeply studied. On the basis of personal researches the author suggests to attend a special course "Professional and pedagogical education of entrepreneurs" for students of the fourth year in order to create a positive motivation for preparing students to entrepreneurial activity. Based on results of the survey a conclusion is made. The information about theory and methodology of professional education in enterpreneural activity for students of economical speciality is not given to future professionals in higher education establishments.
