Педагогічна діяльність протестантських громад у контексті освітньо-виховних процесів в Україні (середина ХІХ – 30-ті рр. ХХ ст.)

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена дослідженню педагогічної діяльності протестантських громад у контексті освітньо-виховних процесів в Україні середини ХІХ – початку ХХ ст. Проаналізовано тенденції освітньої діяльності протестантських громад на етапі їх духовної інституалізації у вітчизняному та зарубіжному суспільному просторі. Виявлено, що на становлення і розвиток протестантських освітньо- виховних ідей впливали реалії європейської Реформації та вітчизняних пошуків ХVІ – ХVІІ ст. Як наслідок, започатковувались заклади нового типу, де пріоритетним ставало увага до особистості дитини, розвитку її здібностей, формування морально-духовних цінностей. Досліджено, що значна частина вітчизняної наукової і освітньої інтелігенції ХІХ ст. схвалювала педагогічні ініціативи протестантських громад, зокрема, щодо практики рідної мови, поширення елементарної освіти, друкованої літератури українською мовою. З’ясовано, що педагогічна діяльність протестантських громад полягала також в широкій роботі серед дітей та молоді, з молодими батьками. Встановлено, що у навчальній та виховній роботі важливою була мораль, яка проголошувала головними чеснотами працю, ініціативність, залучення до активного суспільного життя, усвідомлення власної гідності, поваги до ближнього, готовність допомогти, любов до рідної землі.

Диссертация посвящена исследованию педагогической деятельности протестантских обществ в контексте образовательно воспитательных процессов в Украине середины ХІХ – началу ХХ ст. Проанализированы тенденции образовательной деятельности протестантских обществ на этапе их духовной институализации в отечественном и зарубежном общественном пространстве. Обнаружено, что на становление и развитие протестантских образовательно воспитательных идей влияли реалии европейской Реформации и отечественных поисков ХVІ – ХVІІ ст. Как следствие, начинались заведения нового типа, где приоритетным становилось внимание к личности ребенка, развития ее способностей, формирования морально духовных ценностей. Исследовано, что значительная часть отечественной научной и образовательной интеллигенции ХІХ ст. одобряла педагогические инициативы протестантских обществ, в частности, относительно практики родного языка, распространения элементарного образования, печатной литературы украинским языком. Выяснено, что педагогическая деятельность протестантских обществ заключалась также в широкой работе среди детей и молодежи, с молодыми родителями. Установлено, что в учебной и воспитательной работе важной была мораль, которая провозглашала главными добродетелями труд, инициативность, привлечение к активной общественной жизни, осознанию собственного достоинства, уважения к ближнему, готовность помочь, любовь к родной земле.

The research is «Pedagogical activity of protestant communities in the context of educational processes in Ukraine (the middle of the ХІХth – 1930th of the ХХth century)» considers the consistent process of domestic protestantism, not only for spiritual «skrips» but also for spiritual, national socialization, establishment and distribution of laborious pedagogical activity. An educative potential of protestant societies was realized in an answer for the different calls of history. The analysis of an educational activity of protestant societies on the stage of their spiritual institutalization allowed to draw a conclusion, that reformation religiously public motion in the European countries of ХVІ century stipulated reformation of surrounding reality and attitude toward a person. Among the conceptual ideas of reformative pedagogy are selected: 1) obligatoriness of elementary, and later a universal education; 2) introduction of knowledge bases from a scientific and spiritual sphere by the mother tongue; 3) pedagogical activity with accentuation on individual capabilities; 4) introduction of principles, methods, forms of studying; 5) combination of education with bringing in to active public life. The looks of the known figures of European Reformation and domestic publicly pedagogical motion of the ХІХth century are systematized in relation to a place and role of protestant pedagogics in the context of civilization consideration of common to all mankind culture, values and pedagogical property. European reformation motion of the XVI-XVIІth century in Ukraine purchased the signs of the phenomenon of continuation of European education and culture, became the separate factor of spiritual history, general with the searches of renaissance-humanism maintenance of domestic fraternities, writers-polemicists, Ostroz'kogyi scientifical and educational center, enlighteners, printers, progressively intellectual orthodox figures. In the end, M. Grushevskiy exactly saw Reformation such in Ukraine, doing justice it in the domestic cultural and national revival of end XVI - the first half of the XVII century. Accordingly, such cognation allowed to examine activity of domestic protestetoin, in particular, elucidative, in the context of general issues of development of education and culture of regions of Ukraine. Introduction for example of representatives of European Reformation of humanism tendencies by societies of protestants-migrants and domestic protestant formations of both confessions, was the mean of assistance development of education and original European cultures. In a civilized manner, educative tendencies of European humanism and Reformation, out of institutialized activity of early protestants, became payment to bases of domestic pedagogical tradition. An acquaintance with the programs of organization of educational establishments of protestant societies allows to select the tendencies of activity. Transformed in innovative forms and complex programs, they find continuation in socially public motion ХІХ – ХХ item. On the basis of realizable analysis the facts of opening and activity (ХІХ century) of protestant establishments of education and education on territories of Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Odessa, Kyiv, Chernigiv, Volynskyi and other modern areas are set, participating of protestants in activity of universities, in introduction of medical, naturally ecological scientific knowledges, professional preparation. Theoretical and methodological considering the problem due to bringing in of ideas of Т. Shevchenko, M. Dragomanov, I. Zinkivskogyi, K. Ushynskyi, M. Pyrogomov, V. Antonovych, M. Grushevskyi, I. Ogienko, S. Siropolk allowed to understand a depth, system, scientific objectivity of socio – educational achievement of regions of Ukraine, payment of which was an educational activity of protestant societies. Finding out tasks of research proves that in search of model of education, where the proper place will get religion and church, it follows to move by the creative recreation of own cultural and historical experience in his organic combination with the newest achievements of modern science, culture and social practice. Account of features of establishment of pedagogical activity of protestant societies, in which the democratic ideas of freedom of choice of period of European humanism and Reformation and domestic searches nationally of educational ideal were integrated will allow to choose modern directions and retrospective view of public motion for education, consolidations of efforts of all of society on the idea of civil education, to activate creation of non-state establishments which through education and education would engage new generations in public life, approached to perception understanding of ideas of Freedom which became the main European civilization value presently. At the same time, this research does not apply on exhaustive illumination of all of questions of pedagogical activity of protestant societies in the context of educationally educate processes in Ukraine (the middle of the ХІХth – 1930th of the ХХth century) and their retrospective view. On the modern stage, when world society and our state is acknowledge the contribution of protestation to development of philosophical, ethics, cultural and educational traditions, confessional and inter- confessional educational establishments of different types come into a question and begin, protestant societies activate activity in an out-of-school educate work, organization of summer camps for children, young people, young families, grown man different categories, and consequently, there is a necessity not to abandon these practical parameters out of scientific generalizations of researchers.
