Педагогічні умови соціалізації обдарованих учнів у навчально-виховному середовищі загальноосвітнього навчального закладу

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено проблемі соціалізації обдарованих учнів у навчально-виховному середовищі профільного загальноосвітнього навчального закладу. Подано теоретичний аналіз проблеми обдарованості учнів як прояву їх творчих здібностей, аналіз понять: "соціалізація особистості", „розвиток особистості”; уточнене і розширене поняття ”обдарованість”; визначено особливості та запропоновано перелік педагогічних умов соціалізації обдарованих учнів. Обдарованість трактується як індивідуальний когнітивний, особистісний та мотиваційний потенціал учня, що дозволяє досягти високих результатів в одній або кількох галузях; єдність різноманітних здібностей, що забезпечує найбільш успішне виконання поставлених завдань. Соціалізація обдарованого учня розглядається як процес і результат засвоєння соціального досвіду, внаслідок системного педагогічного впливу соціально-виховних факторів. Виокремлено особливості процесу соціалізації обдарованих учнів у профільному загальноосвітньому навчальному закладі. Висвітлено методичні засади дослідження, представлено обґрунтування результатів констатувального та формувального експерименту по соціалізації обдарованих учнів в навчально-виховному середовищі профільного загальноосвітнього навчального закладу; в результаті обґрунтування системи педагогічних умов соціалізації обдарованих учнів та розкриття змісту інноваційних педагогічних технологій визначено оптимальні можливості використання особливостей процесу соціалізації учнів профільного загальноосвітнього навчального закладу; аналізуються кількісні та якісні результати апробації запропонованих методик в соціально-педагогічній діяльності.

The present thesis investigates the issues of socialization of gifted schoolchildren in the training and educational environment of a relevant comprehensive secondary school. The work presents a theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of the schoolchildren's aptitude as a manifestation of their creative abilities. It analyses the notions of "socialization of an individual" and "personality development" and revises and expands the notion of "aptitude"; lists the peculiarities and suggests approaches to create pedagogical conditions for socializing gifted schoolchildren. Aptitude is defined as an individual cognitive personal motivational schoolchild potential that allows to achieve high results in one or several fields, as well as a unity of diverse abilities that guarantee the most successful accomplishment of the tasks set. The process of socialization of a gifted schoolchild is viewed as a process and result of the social experience adoption on the condition of the systemic pedagogical and intellectual influence of the social and educational institutions. The paper specifies the peculiarities of socialization of schoolchildren at a relevant comprehensive school. The thesis presents the methodology of the research, it substantiates the results of the constative experiment and the structure of the forming experiment in socialization of gifted children. The validation of the system of pedagogical conditions for socialization of gifted schoolchildren and the discussion of innovative pedagogical technologies presents optimal opportunities for using the peculiarities of socialization of schoolchildren at a relevant comprehensive school. The work analyses the quantitative and qualitative results of piloting the proposed methods in social pedagogical work.
