Політична наука і освіта в Україні: передумови виникнення, процес становлення, перспективи розвитку

Abstract

В дисертації реалізовано комплексний політологічний аналіз особли¬востей становлення і функціонування політичної науки і освіти в Україні, а також визначені тенденції подальшого розвитку даного комплексу політичних знань та основні напрями його реального впливу на процеси державного будівництва, розвитку демократичної політичної культури, гуманізації соціуму, гуманітаризації освіти, інституціалізації громадян¬ського суспільства. Cистематизовано політичні знання як ціннісну основу теоретичного осмислення і практичної реалізації політики в умовах демократизації суспільства з урахуванням мінливої динаміки розвитку політичної сфери. Доведено, що в сучасних умовах політичний простір значною мірою символізується, що обумовлює розширення постмодер¬ністського дискурсу в українській політології. Запропонована схема розвитку в Україні наукових політологічних досліджень, яка включає аналіз досягнень її основних напрямів. Визначені перспективи і конкретизовані завдання розвитку політології як навчального курсу і базової спеціальності у вищих навчальних закладах України. Аргументована наукова позиція, згідно з якою політологія постає як одна з провідних дисциплін у системі сучасної соціально-гуманітарної освіти України. Визначено, що політична наука і освіта відіграють значну роль як науково-освітня система стимулювання процесу становлення громадян¬ського суспільства. Обґрунтовано науковий підхід, відповідно до якого створення сучасних соціальних цінностей становить собою процес, невідривний від запровадження громадянських знань через міжгалузеву систему громадянської освіти.

The thesis presents a complex political analysis of peculiarities of formation and functioning of political science and education in Ukraine. It determines the tendencies of the further development of given political knowledge complex and main directions of its practical impact on the process of state building, development in democratic political culture, humanization of society, humanization of education, institualization of civil society. The thesis contains a systematization of political knowledge as valuable base for theoretical comprehension of policy and its practical realization in conditions of democratic society taking into account the inconstant dynamics of the political sphere development. It is proved, that in modern conditions the political space becomes more symbolized to a marked degree and this causes the extension of postmodern discourse in Ukrainian political science. It suggests the scheme of development of the scientific political science studies in Ukraine, including the analysis of achievements in its main directions. It determines the perspectives and tasks for development of political science as a study course and basic speciality in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. The work presents a scientific position according to which political science is one of the leading disciplines in Ukrainian modern social-humanitarian educational system. The author asserts that political science and education play a significant role as a scientific and educational system that stimulates the process of the civil society formation. She suggests a scientific approach according to the creation of modern social values is a process connected with implementation of civil knowledge into interbranch system of civil education.
