У дисертації модернізовано зміст та структуру системи підготовки майбутнього вчителя
іноземної мови до гуманістичного виховання учнів. Теоретично обгрунтовано та
експериментально перевірено технологію професійної підготовки студентів,
формування у них умінь та навичок гуманістичного виховання у процесі
навчально-пізнавальної діяльності. Встановлено, що технологія підготовки фахівців
англійської мови до гуманістичного виховання учнів базується на основі використання
активних методів навчання, спрямованих на вироблення умінь діагностувати рівень
гуманістичної вихованості учнів, навички планування індивідуальної виховної роботи з
питань гуманістичного виховання учнів, умінь застосовувати різноманітні форми
організації навчаль-пізнавальної діяльності, які б сприяли гуманістичному вихованню учнів.
В диссертации модернизовано содержание и структура системы
подготовки будущего учителя английского языка к гуманистическому воспитанию
учеников. Теоретически обосновано и экспериментально проверена технология
профессиональной подготовки студентов, формирование в них умений и навыков
гуманистического воспитания в процессе учебно-позновательной деятельности.
Установлено, что технология подготовки будущего учителя английского языка к
гуманистическому воспитанию учеников базируется на основании использования
активных методов обучения, направленых на формирование умений диагностировать
уровень гуманистического воспитания учащихся; навыки планирования
индивидуальной воспитательной работы по вопросу гуманистического воспитания
учащихся; умение применять разные формы организации учебно-познавательной
деятельности, которая способствовала бы гуманистическому воспитанию учащихся.
The historical aspects of humane traits of personalities' formation technology of personalities
were based on research of humane and pedagogic looks of Lesia Ukrainka,Grygoriy
Vaschenko, humane scientists of western Diaspora. Set, that influence of humane and
pedagogic ideas on development of creative abilities of students of romanic and germanic
philology faculty are realised in unity of three teaching sides: educational, teaching,
developing on the strength of level study system of conceived knowledge, abilities and. skills
and application of them under taking time of pedagogic practice (reproductive, constructive,
creative levels).
Term "forming technology humane of personality traits "is based by us with respect to
general tasks, planning organisations of sparring-distinguishing humane students' activity in
higher institution. Forming technology of humane of personality traits is by active
organisation scenario students' humane preparation with view capturing of by as selected
speciality - specialist of romanic and germanic philology. Such technology is by minimum
abstracted description of pedagogic activity, which it ought to be according to pedagogic
principles of humanisation of sparring process.
Uniting of complicated didactic tasks contemporary, in forming process of humane traits into
future specialists leans against qualitatively new approach to construction of all specialist
preparation system in higher sparring establishment. Understanding humanisation of
personality forming technology we give on forming conformities to natural laws based of new
mental actions, abilities to foresee different making fields of positive common to all mankind
traits. Forming of mental actions takes place under actions influence external, material for they
give a possibility invisible internal actions to do visible /accessible/, to show their maintenance
to students, to do them intelligible for everyone. So, forming of humane personality traits
tightly associated with forming of intellectual abilities of future specialists.
An idea of humanisation of teaching process is not principled new, it actively will be realised
in educational systems of developed countries. The point is to provide well-grounded gist of
generally cultural development, forming of integral personality harmonious,, which considers
as an important precondition and essential factor of its professional formation and
self-realisation. Humanisation of higher education is to provide for priorities in determination
of educational ideals - refusal from different approaches on this field and aspiration of sparring
and educational activity on confirmation of spiritual valuables as fundamental principle in
determination of aim and teaching maintenance in of higher institution. We proceed from that
humanisation of teaching of students in higher institution is reverberation in act sparring-
distinguishing of forming tendencies of positive personality traits, which determines by
highest value, and confirmation of man blessing is by major criterion of social relations.
On each historic stage of forming technology of humane traits changes in dependence on
possibilities, which society lends to it and in that time, it inherits the national and pedagogic
valuables created by human on previous development stages. We consider the Local law and
pedagogic activity, as interaction of objective teacher and students intercourse in process of
which developed in this field and between-personalities connections on the basis of real
co-operation, mutual trust, spirituality, national pride.
The main idea of composes a student forming process is based as personality, subject and
individuality, there is a system of valuable humane orientations. It produces in vital functions
process of future specialist, then it is localised herself. In result every act is an expression of
definite settlement method contradictions of tunes. We took into account a presence of various
mechanisms of psychological defence, compensation, which, on one hand, provide steadiness
of objective system of humane valuables, which was by suitable rank, and from other - open
the possibilities for ways of many-sided realisation and forming technology development
mechanisms of humane traits of students of romanic and germanic philology faculty.
In light of contemporary didactic education maintenance researches, which must be
provided by students learning of bases of social positive conduct, in that number and
acquirement of positive humane traits, sparring teacher activity and students initiative ought to
grounded on such aspects: knowledge about nature, society, engineering, human and effective
methods of positive social activity; acquirement of experience of creative approach to any
activity; acquirement of patriotism lines, decency, professionalism, kindness.
