Еліта як продуцент інтелектуального капіталу нації

Abstract

Аналізується роль та статус еліти у суспільствах, зокрема у сучасному українському суспільстві. Фактично у статті наголошується, що сучасна українська еліта здебільшого не має тих якостей та навичок, що мають бути типовими для еліти згідно як класичної теорії еліт, так і її сучасних інваріантів. Дана проблематика аналізується на основі методу синтезу та узагальнення найбільш значимих концепцій, ідей та принципів у галузі досліджень феномену еліти. В результаті виявлено, що важливою вимогою до еліт у межах сучасного філософського дискурсу є вимога щодо суб’єктності еліти, тобто її здатності до чіткого стратегічного бачення напрямів ефективного розвитку власної країни. Відповідно, сучасна Україна має гостру потребу виокремлення дійсної інтелектуальної еліти, що здатна до розробки нової якісної економічної стратегії та її впровадження в соціальний простір.

The proposed article is devoted to analyze of the elite’s role and status in societies, especially in contemporary Ukrainian society. In fact, the article is indicating that the most part of contemporary Ukrainian elite do not have those qualities and skills which must be typical for elite, according to both classical theories of elites and their modern invariants. The exploration of such issues is based on the synthesis method and generalization of the most influential theories, ideas and principles of elite phenomenon analyzes. We are considered that the most important requirement for the elites in contemporary philosophical discourse is the requirement for their subjectness – that means the availability for a clear vision of the effective development strategy for their countries. So, contemporary Ukraine has an urgent need for selection of the real intellectual elite, which is capable for elaboration of a new, high quality economic strategy and its implementation in the social space.
