У статті обґрунтовано зміст і розкрито суть поняття «педагогічні умови», щодо формування лідерської компетентності майбутніх офіцерів – фахівців фізичної культури і спорту (далі – МОФФКіС) та визначено можливості їх реалізації в процесі професійно-педагогічної підготовки у вищому військовому навчальному закладі (далі – ВЗВО). Проаналізовано та систематизовано погляди вітчизняних і закордонних науковців щодо дослідження проблеми формування лідерської компетентності у різних фахівців. Обґрунтовано такі педагогічні умови її формування: педагогічне моделювання формування лідерської компетентності МОФФКіС в процесі професійно-педагогічної підготовки у ВЗВО; підтримання та розвиток лідерських цінностей, патріотичного виховання, мотивації до лідерської поведінки та діяльності як професіонала в сфері фізичної культури і спорту МОФФКіС в процесі професійно-педагогічної підготовки у ВЗВО; авторська комплексна контекстна методика формування лідерської компетентності майбутніх офіцерів – фахівців фізичної культури і спорту в процесі професійно-педагогічної підготовки у ВЗВО (спецкурс «Лідерська компетентність майбутніх офіцерів – фахівців фізичної культури і спорту»); удосконалення критеріїв і показників діагностування рівнів сформованості лідерської компетентності МОФФКіС в процесі професійно-педагогічної підготовки у ВЗВО. З’ясовано, що ці умови мають бути контекстними та системними, охоплювати такі аспекти їх лідерської підготовки у ВЗВО: – методологічний – головні ідеї та принципи, на яких відбувається формування лідерської компетентності МОФФКіС в процесі професійно-педагогічної підготовки у ВЗВО; – теоретичний – цілі, принципи, зміст і результат їх лідерської підготовки як майбутніх фахівців фізичної культури і спорту; – методичний – методи, методики і засоби формування лідерської компетентності МОФФКіС в процесі професійно-педагогічної підготовки у ВЗВО;
– практичний – сучасна навчальна, матеріально-технічна, навчально-спортивна база, яка відповідає вимогам лідерської підготовки майбутніх фахівців фізичної культури і спорту.
The article substantiates the content and reveals the essence of the concept of "pedagogical conditions" regarding the formation of leadership competence of future officers – specialists in physical culture and sports (hereinafter – FOSPCaS) and iden-tifies the possibilities of their implementation in the process of professional and pedagogical training in a higher military educational institution (hereinafter – HMEI ).
The views of domestic and foreign scientists regarding the study of the problem of formation of leadership competence among various specialists were analyzed and systematized. The following pedagogical conditions for its formation are substantiated: pedagogical modeling of the formation of leadership competence of FOSPCaS in the process of professional and pedagogical training at HMEI; maintenance and development of leadership values, patriotic upbringing, motivation for leadership behavior and activities as a professional in the field of physical culture and sports of the FOSPCaS in the process of professional and pedagogical training at HMEI; the author's complex contextual method of forming the leadership competence of future officers – specialists in physical culture and sports in the process of professional and pedagogical training at HMEI (special course "Leadership competence of future officers – specialists in physical culture and sports"); improvement of criteria and indicators for diagnosing the levels of formation of lead-ership competence of FOSPCaS in the process of professional-pedagogical training at HMEI.
It was found out that these conditions should be contextual and systemic, covering the following aspects of their leadership training in higher educational institutions:
– methodological – the main ideas and principles on which the leadership competence of FOSPCaS is formed in the process of professional-pedagogical training at HMEI;
– theoretical – goals, principles, content and result of their leadership training as future specialists in physical education and sports; – methodical – methods, techniques and means of formation of leadership competence of FOSPCaS in the process of professional and pedagogical training at HMEI; – practical – a modern educational, material and technical, educational and sports base that meets the requirements of leadership training of future physical culture and sports specialists.
