Проаналізовано виклики та проблеми, з якими стикаються поліграфічні підприємства в сучасних реаліях при недостатньому рівні розвитку персоналу, в часи цифровізації та автоматизації суспільних процесів. Розкрито важливість розвитку цифрових компетентностей фахівців на підприємствах, зокрема, в поліграфічній сфері. Розкрито важливість застосування цифрових інструментів у неформальній освіті фахівців поліграфічної сфери. Розвиток цифрових компетентностей фахівців поліграфічної сфери в умовах неформальної освіти підвищує рівень взаємодії працівників всередині виробничого процесу та сприяє ефективній діяльності підприємства в цілому. Важливу роль у розвитку цифрових компетентностей фахівців поліграфічної сфери відіграє їх неформальна освіта, яка, завдяки розвитку цифрових технологій, стає більш доступна для широкого загалу, та в стислі терміни може підвищити рівень знань фахівця та покращити його професійні навички.

The importance of developing digital competencies among specialists in the printing industry, especially within enterprises, has been emphasized. The importance of the use of digital tools in the non-formal education of specialists in the printing industry has been revealed. The development of digital competences of specialists in the printing industry in the conditions of non-formal education increases the level of interaction of employees within the production process and contributes to the efficient operation of the enterprise as a whole. An important role in the development of digital competences of specialists in the printing industry is played by their non-formal education, which, thanks to the development of digital technologies, becomes more accessible to the general public, and in a short period of time can increase the level of knowledge of the specialist and improve his professional skills.
