Проєктно-технологічна діяльність як засіб формування компетентностей у майбутніх учителів технологій

Abstract

У статті розкриваються особливості формування компетентностей майбутніх учителів технологій. Розглядається один із ефективних засобів формування компетентностей – проєктно-технологічна діяльність, що поєднує в собі організаційну, проєктно-технологічну, підприємницьку та інші сторони навчання. Проведено аналіз наукової літератури з метою систематизації та узагальнення даних щодо впровадження компетентнісного підходу в процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій. Зазначено, що суттєвий вплив на формування проєктно-технологічної компетентності має організація навчальної діяльності здобувачів освіти під час вивчення різних навчальних предметів на засадах проєктно-технологічної діяльності. Ця компетенція є більш глобальною і складається з певного набору інших компетенцій, які формуються на різних етапах реалізації проєкту. Виокремлено компетентності, які важливо сформувати у майбутніх учителів технологій у процесі проєктно-технологічної діяльності (організаційну, проєктно-технологічну, підприємницьку) та визначено основні складові цих компетенцій. Встановлено, що організація процесу навчання на основі проєктно-технологічної діяльності сприяє розвитку організаційної, конструкторсько-технологічної та підприємницької компетентностей. Організаційна компетентність студентів визначається їхньою здатністю планувати, організовувати та керувати роботою групи чи колективу, а проєктно-технологічна діяльність сприяє розвитку цих умінь на основі спільного розв’язання проблем, розподілу ролей та координації дій. Конструкторсько-технологічна компетентність майбутніх учителів технологій передбачає їх розуміння та вміння застосовувати конструкторсько-технологічні знання для створення нової продукції або вдосконалення існуючої. Підприємницька компетентність формується в процесі роботи над проєктами, студенти вивчають основи підприємницької діяльності, набувають навичок управління ресурсами, розробки бізнес-стратегії.

The article reveals the peculiarities of the formation of competences of future teachers of technologys. It has been established that one of the effective means of forming students' competencies is the use of project-technological activities. This activity combines organizational, design-technological, entrepreneurial and other aspects of training. An analysis of scientific literature was carried out in order to systematize and generalize data on the implementation of the competency approach in the process of professional training of future technology teachers. It is noted that the organization of educational activities of future technology teachers during the study of various educational subjects on the basis of project-technological activity has a significant impact on the formation of project-technological competence. This competency is more global and consists of a certain set of other competencies that are formed at various stages of project implementation. Competences that are important to form in future technology teachers in the process of project-technological activity are highlighted: organizational, design-technological, entrepreneurial. The main components of these competences are defined. It has been established that the organization of the learning process based on project-technological activity contributes to the development of organizational, design-technological, and entrepreneurial competencies. Organizational competence of students is determined by their ability to plan, organize and manage the work of a group or team, and project-technological activities help to develop these skills through joint problem solving, role distribution and coordination of actions. The formation of design-technological competence in future teachers of technology presupposes their understanding and ability to apply engineering and technological knowledge to create new products or improve existing ones. Entrepreneurial competence is formed in the process of working on projects, students learn the basics of entrepreneurial activity, acquire skills in managing resources, developing business strategies and effective communication.
