Сучасні підходи до психотерапії раннього дитячого аутизму

Abstract

У статті розглядаються актуальні проблеми раннього дитячого аутизму. Акцентується увага на особливостях емоційних і комунікативних порушень. Підкреслюється складність механізмів формування даної патології. Розглядається психоаналітична теорія формування аутизму Б.Беттельхейма, в якій американський психолог на ранніх етапах розвитку дитини виявляє травматичні переживання. Дослідник проводить паралель між особливостями формування РДА та психологічними особливостями людей, які пережили жах концтаборів. Байдуже і / або емоційне неадекватне ставлення до дитини, особливо на ранніх етапах розвитку, призводить до інтра- та інтер психічного відчуження і формування глибоких емоційних і комунікативних порушень. Психоаналітичний підхід психотерапії РДА дозволяє створити такі підтримуючі відносини, які дозволяють пацієнтові подолати психологічні проблеми і сприяють особистісному розвитку.

The article deals with topical issues of early infantile autism. The attention is focused on the features of the emotional and communicative disorders. It is emphasized the complexity of the mechanisms of formation of this pathology. We consider the psychoanalytic theory of the formation of autism of B. Bettelheim in which the american psychologist reveals the traumatic experiences in the early stages of child development. A researcher draws a parallel between the features of the formation of early infantile autism and psychological characteristics of people who have experienced the horror of the concentration camps. Indifference and / or improper emotional attitude to the child, especially in the early stages of development, leads to intra- and inter-psychic alienation and the formation of deep emotional and communicative disorders. Psychoanalytic approach to early childhood autism in psychotherapy allows you to create such a relationship that allows the patient to overcome psychological problems and promote personal development.
