Формування та розвиток медіакомпететності учасників освітнього процесу в мирний час та в умовах війни

Abstract

Ця стаття присвячена дослідженню формування та розвитку медіакомпетентності учасників освітнього процесу в мирний час та в умовах війни. Автором дослідження уточнено поняття «медіакомпетентність» та запропоновано розглядати його з точки зору трьох рівнів: Я – особистість, Я – громадянин, Я – фахівець, Я – учасник освітнього процесу. Підкреслено особливе значення формування медіакомпетентності з позиції учасників освітнього процесу в межах концепції безперервного навчання. З огляду на це автор зауважує на важливість розвитку медіакомпетентності учасників освітнього процесу у закладах вищої освіти задля їх успішного функціонування у сучасному інформаційному суспільстві. Автор аналізує вплив медіа на освіту, особливо у контексті гібридної війни, підкреслює особливості застосування медіа та необхідність врахування не тільки можливостей, а й загрози. Автор розглядає прояв медіакомпетентності через формування критичного мислення, здатності до аналізу та оцінки інформації, розуміння медійних засобів та їх впливу на сприйняття повідомлень.

This article is devoted to the research of the formation and development of media competence of participants in the educational process in peacetime and in wartime. The author of the research defined the concept of "media competence" and proposed to consider it from the point of view of three levels: I am a person, I am a citizen, I am a specialist, I am a participant in the educational process. The special importance of the formation of media competence from the position of participants in the educational process within the concept of continuous education is emphasized. In view of this, the author notes the importance of the development of media competence of participants in the educational process in higher education for their successful functioning in the modern information society. The author analyzes the impact of media on education, especially in the context of hybrid war, emphasizes the peculiarities of media use and the need to take into account not only opportunities, but also threats. The author examines the manifestation of media competence through the formation of critical thinking, the ability to analyze and evaluate information, understanding media tools and their impact on perception.
