Розвиток лідерських якостей майбутніх менеджерів наукових проєктів

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано проблему дослідження лідерських якостей особистості, розкрито зміст та особливості тренінгової форми роботи з розвитку лідерських якостей майбутніх менеджерів наукових проєктів. Наголошується на тому, що головними та першочерговими завданнями у підготовці майбутніх менеджерів наукових проєктів є формування та розвиток професійних, особистісних, у тому числі лідерських, якостей майбутніх фахівців та їхніх соціальних навичок для успішного здійснення ними подальшої професійної діяльності. Визначено провідні лідерські якості менеджерів наукових проєктів, яких потребує ринок праці в першу чергу: комунікабельність (здатність до спілкування, встановлення соціальних зв’язків та контактів); компромісність (здатність до компромісного вирішення проблемних питань під час управління, ділової та міжособистісної взаємодії); цілеспрямованість (здатність досягати поставленої мети); впевненість (впевнена поведінка під час прийняття управлінських рішень та здатність до саморегуляції); рефлексивність (здатність до самопізнання та саморозвитку). Подано тренінг з розвитку лідерських навичок майбутніх менеджерів наукових проєктів. Показниками високого рівня розвитку лідерських якостей майбутнього менеджера наукових проєктів визначено: здатність до ефективного вирішення конфліктних ситуацій, які можуть виникати у процесі управління науковим проєктом; здатність досягати мети наукового проєкту у процесі управління ним; здатність до прийняття ефективних та обґрунтованих управлінських рішень з реалізації наукового проєкту та забезпечення їх послідовного виконання учасниками проєкту. У процесі дослідження зроблено висновок, що лідерські якості майбутніх менеджерів наукових проєктів проявляються у процесі поєднання їхньої професійної компетентності вченого, організаторських здібностей керівника та соціальних навичок.

The article analyzes the problem of researching the leadership qualities of the individual, reveals the content and features of the training form of work on the development of leadership qualities of future managers of scientific projects. It is emphasized that the main and primary tasks in the training of future managers of scientific projects are the formation and development of professional, personal, including leadership, qualities of future specialists and their social skills for their successful further professional activities. The leading leadership qualities of scientific project managers, which the labor market needs first of all, have been determined: sociability (ability to communicate, establish social ties and contacts); compromise (ability to compromise solution of problematic issues during management, business and interpersonal interaction); purposefulness (ability to achieve a set goal); confidence (confident behavior when making managerial decisions and the ability to self-regulate); reflexivity (ability to self-knowledge and self-development). Training on the development of leadership skills of future managers of scientific projects was presented. Indicators of a high level of development of leadership qualities of the future manager of scientific projects are defined as: the ability to effectively resolve conflict situations that may arise in the process of managing a scientific project; the ability to achieve the goal of a scientific project in the process of managing it; the ability to make effective and justified management decisions on the implementation of a scientific project and ensure their consistent implementation by project participants. In the process of the research, it was concluded that the leadership qualities of future managers of scientific projects are manifested in the process of combining their professional competence as a scientist, organizational abilities of the manager and social skills.
