Соціальна компетентність молодших школярів: зміст і практики

Abstract

Автор розкриває значення практичного аспекту шкільної освіти, зокрема, розвитку соціальної компетентності учнів, виявляє протиріччя і труднощі в реалізації цієї мети. Автор робить акцент на тому, що в психологічних та педагогічних працях провідних фахівці наявні різні напрямки розкриття термінології понять «компетенції» і «компетентність». Компетентність людини включає чітку структуру, яка має елементи, пов’язані зі здатністю особистості вирішувати певні проблеми в різних сферах, але частіше у професійній діяльності. Автор зазначає, що компетентність є результатом навчання, що виражається в знанні особистості про певний набір методів роботи стосовно певної теми впливу.

The author reveals the importance of the practical aspect of school education, in particular, the development of social competence of students, reveals contradictions and difficulties in achieving this goal. In the latest paradigm of education, the formation of key competencies of the younger generation occupies an important place. The development of children's social competence is an important social and psychological-pedagogical problem, the solution of which belongs to the urgent issues of society and education in general. The article notes that in the context of socio-economic changes, education is tasked not only to give students a certain level of knowledge, skills and abilities in the main areas of development, but also to ensure the ability and willingness to live in modern society, achieve socially significant goals, interact effectively and solve life's problems. The author notes that numerous world studies are devoted to the study of various aspects of social competence and its connection with life values, with behavior in stressful situations. Particular attention is paid to senior preschool and primary school age as a key stage in the formation of social competencies. However, in general, and especially special psychology, research aimed at studying issues of social competence is extremely insufficient.
