Методичні засади формування диригентсько-хорової культури майбутніх фахівців в умовах педагогічних вузів

Abstract

The methodical bases of the future specialists’ conducting and choral culture formation in the conditions of pedagogical higher education institutions are considered in the article. It is emphasized that the modern requirements of the educational system of Ukraine provide for the need for methodological support of purposeful educational process of the future art teachers’ professional training. The concept of “professional culture”, “conducting and choral culture” is specified. Legal documents and scientific and pedagogical research that meets the requirements for the future specialist of the modern higher education are analyzed. In this regard, the task of a conducting and choral culture formation in the conditions of pedagogical universities are defined, namely: 1) to realize interdisciplinary connections of the conducting and choral cycle; 2) to develop the future specialists’ conducting and choral knowledge, skills, abilities; 3) to use the opportunities of the pedagogical university educational environment, which provides for the direction of pedagogical interaction to strengthen the future professionals’ spiritual worldview; 4) formation of the future specialists’ conducting and choral culture, the ability to comprehensive self-development in the musical and pedagogical aspect. The methodical principles that provide for the performance of certain tasks are outlined, namely: the method of mastering choral knowledge, skills, abilities; the heuristic conversation method; the method of personalities; the method of cultural context; the method of explanation; the method of current and final control. Due to the growth of information and technological progress, the use of computer technology involves various methods and forms of conducting and choral culture formation of the future professionals. Summarizing the above mentioned, we came to the conclusion that the certain methodical principles correspond to the effective result of the future professionals’ conducting and choral culture formation in the conditions of pedagogical universities.

У статті розглянуто методичні засади формування диригентсько-хорової культури майбутніх фахівців в умовах педагогічних вузів. Підкреслено, що сучасні вимоги освітньої системи України передбачають необхідність методичного забезпечення цілеспрямованого освітнього процесу фахової підготовки майбутніх учителів мистецтва. Уточнено поняття “професійна культура”, “диригентсько-хорова культура”. Проаналізовано правові документи та науково-педагогічні дослідження, що відповідають вимогам до майбутнього фахівця вищої сучасної школи. У зв’язку із цим визначено завдання з формування диригентсько-хорової культури в умовах педагогічних вузів, а саме: 1) реалізовувати міжпредметні зв’язки диригентсько-хорового циклу; 2) розвивати в майбутніх фахівців диригентсько-хорові знання, навички, уміння; 3) використовувати можливості освітнього середовища педагогічного вузу, що передбачає спрямування педагогічної взаємодії на зміцнення духовного світогляду майбутніх фахівців; 4) формувати в майбутніх фахівців диригентсько-хорову культуру, здатність до комплексного саморозвитку в музично-педагогічному аспекті. Окреслено методичні засади, що передбачають виконання певних завдань, а саме: метод засвоєння диригентсько-хорових знань, умінь, навичок; метод евристичної бесіди; метод персоналій; метод культурного контексту; метод роз’яснення; метод поточного й підсумкового контролю. У зв’язку зі зростанням інформаційно-технічного прогресу використання комп’ютерних технологій передбачає застосування різних методів і форм формування диригентсько-хорової культури в майбутніх фахівців. З огляду на вищесказане можемо стверджувати, що визначені методичні засади відповідають ефективному результату формування диригентсько-хорової культури в майбутніх фахівців в умовах педагогічних вузів.
