Досвід фінської освіти: мистецький аспект

Abstract

Забезпечення доступності до якісної освіти є одним із нагальних напрямів розвитку освітніх систем у світі: європейський досвід реформування національних освітніх систем становить інтерес для української системи освіти. У напрямі дослідження вибраної теми зазначається науковий доробок вітчизняних авторів щодо практичних аспектів освітньої галузі в країнах Європейського Союзу, тенденцій, що домінують у структурі європейської вищої освіти, вивчення досвіду професійної підготовки фахівців у закладах освіти країн Європейського Союзу. Євроінтеграційні прагнення, визначення умов розвитку системи мистецької освіти України наразі зумовлюють потребу вивчення досвіду розвинених європейських країн, вивчення існування в їхніх системах мистецької освіти, зокрема Фінляндії. Аналіз результатів досліджень науковців, присвячених музичній освіті, показав інтерес фінських учених до порівняльних досліджень підвищення якості освіти. Проблеми в музичній освіті школярів та студентів полягають в особливостях професійної педагогічної підготовки вчителя, другорядності здобуття спеціальних музичних навичок та відсутності професії “вчитель музики” для початкових класів. Виявилися схожі із сучасною освітою України проблеми: обмежена кількість годин на уроки музики, прагнення переведення їх у предмети на вибір (незважаючи на доведений позитивний вплив музики на розвиток дітей). Аналізуючи систему музичної освіти Фінляндії, можна стверджувати, що вона вдосконалюється; вирішальну роль у цьому процесі відіграють певні чинники, зокрема: забезпечення умов підготовки вчителів у закладах вищої освіти, що відповідають сучасності, організація системи освіти таким чином, що суттєве покращення результатів навчання стає цілком реальним. Музична освіта Фінляндії спрямовує діяльність молоді у творче, конструктивне русло.

Ensuring access to quality education is one of the urgent areas of development of educational systems in the world, and the European experience of reforming national educational systems is of interest to the Ukrainian education system. In the direction of the research of the chosen topic, the scientific output of domestic authors is noted regarding the practical aspects of the educational sector in the countries of the European Union, the trends that dominate the structure of European higher education, the study of the experience of professional training of specialists in educational institutions of the countries of the European Union. European integration aspirations, determination of conditions for the development of the art education system of Ukraine currently determine the need to study the experience of developed European countries, study the reality of their art education systems, in particular Finland. The analysis of the results of research by scientists (dedicated to music education) showed the interest of Finnish scientists in comparative studies of improving the quality of education. The problems in the musical education of schoolchildren and students consist in the peculiarities of the teacher’s professional pedagogical training, the secondary nature of the acquisition of special musical skills, and the absence of the profession of “music teacher” for elementary grades. Problems similar to modern education in Ukraine were revealed: the limited number of hours for music lessons, the desire to convert them into subjects of choice (with the proven positive influence of music on children's development). Analyzing the system of music education in Finland, it can be said that it is improving; a decisive role in this process is played by certain factors, among which are the provision of conditions for teacher training in higher education institutions that correspond to modern times; the education system is organized in such a way that a significant improvement in learning outcomes becomes quite real. Music education in Finland directs the activities of young people in a creative, constructive direction.
