Abstract

У статті проаналізовано ключові тенденції переходу до особистісно-діяльнісної парадигми освіти, що дозволяє намітити перспективи пошуку концептуального вираження її положень в системі вищої освіти. Обгрунтовано, що на зміну "ідеологічній" має прийти власне педагогічна концепція мети освіти, а функціонально орієнтований зміст має перерости в освіту, орієнтовану на цілісну людину. Адекватно такому змісту буде розвиватися і процесуальна сторона освітнього процесу, до якої увійдуть діалогічні технології, ситуації взаєморозвитку, вільна самоактуалізована діяльність суб'єктів педагогічної реальності. Проаналізовано основні стратегії актуалізації особистісного досвіду суб’єктів навчання. Актуалізовано думку про те, що "інноваційна діяльність" стосовно розвитку сучасної освіти може розглядатися як цілеспрямоване перетворення змісту навчання та організаційно-технологічних основ освітнього процесу, спрямоване на підвищення якості освітніх послуг, конкурентоспроможності освітніх установ та їх випускників, забезпечення всебічного особистісного та професійного розвитку студентів. Інновації в системі української освіти мають закономірний характер, їх зміст, форми та способи здійснення залежать як від глобальних проблем розвитку людства, так і від соціально-економічних, правових, політичних процесів реформування суспільства. Інформаційно-освітнє середовище визначено як відкриту педагогічну систему, яка постійно розвивається, є сформованою за допомогою зусиль учасників освітнього процесу на основі інформаційних освітніх ресурсів, сучасних інформаційно-телекомунікаційних засобів та педагогічних технологій, різноманітних майданчиків інтернет-спілкування (порталів, форумів, соціальних мереж різної спрямованості. Така система призначена для виконання соціального замовлення та формування творчої особистості, що має стійкий пізнавальний інтерес і спрямована на безперервність подальшого процесу освіти і самоосвіти.

The article analyzes the key trends of the transition to the personal-activity paradigm of education, which allows us to outline the prospects of finding a conceptual expression of its provisions in the system of higher education. It is justified that the "ideological" one should be replaced by the actual pedagogical concept of the purpose of education, and the functionally oriented content should grow into an education focused on a whole person. Adequately to this content, the procedural side of the educational process will also develop, which will include dialogic technologies, situations of mutual development, free self-actualized activity of the subjects of the pedagogical reality. The main strategies for actualizing the personal experience of the subjects of study have been analyzed. The opinion that "innovative activity" in relation to the development of modern education can be considered as a purposeful transformation of the content of education and the organizational and technological foundations of the educational process, aimed at improving the quality of educational services, the competitiveness of educational institutions and their graduates, ensuring comprehensive personal and professional development of students, has been updated. Innovations in the Ukrainian education system have a natural character, their content, forms and methods of implementation depend both on global problems of human development and on socio-economic, legal and political processes of reforming society.
