Формування інтегрального правового мислення вчителя початкових класів засобами системно-компетентнісного підходу

Abstract

У статті сформульовано педагогічні засади формування інтегрального правового мислення вчителя початкових класів засобами системно-компетентнісного підходу. Доведена доцільність формування системи правової підготовки вчителя на міждисциплінарній основі, що уміщує знання, вміння, цінності тощо. Уводиться поняття “інтегральна правова компетентність учителя початкових класів”, котра вміщує систему складових частин, кожна з яких формується на тематиці конкретної навчальної дисципліни або певної галузі. Обґрунтовано педагогічні засади формування інтегральної правової компетентності учителя початкових класів, а саме: синтез раціональної й ірраціональної складових частин у формуванні правового мислення вчителя початкових класів; формування й розвиток культури правового мислення майбутнього вчителя початкових класів; урахування специфіки правового мислення на основі творчого підходу; урахування особистісного досвіду майбутнього вчителя початкових класів та особливостей його рефлексивного мислення; забезпечення свободи та самостійності розвитку правового мислення майбутнього вчителя початкових класів, а також готовність до діяльності за умов екстремальних ситуацій (наприклад, пандемії) та до проведення дистанційного навчання, де має бути забезпечено використання новітніх мережевих технологій, доступ всіх учасників освітнього процесу до комп’ютерів і широкосмугових комп’ютерних мереж тощо. Зроблено висновки, що задля органічності проєктної діяльності вчителя початкових класів необхідний розвиток у процесі його фахового навчання правового мислення, а компонентами правової підготовки майбутнього вчителя початкових класів мають слугувати правові компетенції різного рівня, сформовані завдяки вивченню окремих навчальних предметів та інтегровані у правову компетентність учителя початкових класів. Застосовуючи системний і компетентнісний підхід у єдності, можливо проаналізувати конкретні педагогічні ситуації з позиції їхньої оптимізації, причому зростатиме внутрішня ефективність професійної діяльності учителів початкової школи, а також виявити найсильніші та найслабші сторони системи з окресленням шляхів оптимального вирішення заданих проблем.

The article outlines the pedagogical fundamentals of development of the integral legal thinking of elementary school teachers by applying the system and competence approach. The author justifies the expediency of formation of the system of legal training of teachers on the inter-disciplinary base, involving knowledge, skills, values, etc. The notion of “integral legal competence of elementary school teachers” is introduced. It includes the system of components, each of them being shaped on the topic of a specific educational course or a branch of knowledge. The research substantiates pedagogical fundamentals of development of the integral legal competence of elementary school teachers, particularly synthesis of rational and irrational constituents in formation of the legal thinking of elementary school teachers; formation and development of the legal thinking culture of the future elementary school teachers; consideration of the specificity of legal thinking, based on the creative approach; concern of the personal experience of the future elementary school teachers and peculiarities of their reflective thinking; security of freedom and independence of development of the legal thinking of the future elementary school teachers, as well as their willingness to act in the extreme situations (e.g. pandemic) and to run distant teaching, involving innovative technologies, access of all participants of the educational process to computers and wide-band computer networks, etc. It is concluded that harmony of the project activity of elementary school teachers requires development of their legal thinking in the process of their professional training, whereas the components of the legal training of the future elementary school teachers should comprise the legal competences of different level, established while studying educational courses and integrated into the legal competence of the elementary school teachers. Application of the combination of the system and competence approaches provides the opportunity to analyze specific pedagogical situations in terms of their optimization and therefore, to contribute to some increase of the internal efficiency of professional activities of the elementary school teachers as well as to detect the strengths and weaknesses of the system with specification of the ways for the optimal solution of the set problems.
