Стаття присвячена розгляду та визначенню понятійно-термінологічного апарату дослідження з використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій управління проєктами в процесі неформальної освіти фахівців ІТ-компаній. ІТ-галузь розвивається прискореними темпами, що впливає на формування та розвиток термінів, тісно пов’язаних із реалізацією ІТ-проєктів. Нові напрями розвитку ІТ-галузі створюють нові поняття, що потребують узгодженого визначення в дослідженнях науковців. Здебільшого номінація професійних термінів щодо управління ІТ-проєктами відбувається іноземною мовою, проте завдяки роботі вітчизняних науковців має відповідні визначення у вітчизняних публікаціях та дослідженнях. На основі зарубіжної та вітчизняної науково-педагогічної літератури, законодавчих та нормативно-правових актів України, словників проведено аналіз сутності понять, їх тлумачення та зміст. Проведене дослідження показало, що низка термінів, які використовуються в неформальній освіті та управлінні ІТ-проєктами, мають широке практичне застосування в ІТ-галузі та неодноразово поставали в дослідженнях вітчизняних та зарубіжних науковців. Так, розглядаючи контекст парадигми “освіти протягом життя”, науковці розглядають неперервну освіту на різних етапах життя людини. У сучасному світі неформальна освіта молоді та дорослих набула важливого значення з огляду на вимогу суспільства до розвитку особистості та забезпечення сталого розвитку фахівця. Розглядаючи неформальну освіту дорослих як складник формування компетентності фахівців науковці, перш за все, спираються на компетентнісний підхід та дослідження в цьому напрямі. Ми аналізуємо ці поняття крізь призму їх застосування в неформальній освіті фахівців ІТ-компаній, перш за все, як необхідний чинник формування компетентностей для реалізації ІТ-проєктів в ІТ-компаніях.
The article devotes the consideration and definition of the conceptual and terminological apparatus of the research on the use of information and communication technologies for project management in the process of non-formal education of specialists of IT-companies. The IT-industry is developing rapidly, which affects the forming and development of terms closely related to the IT-industry. New directions in the development of the IT-industry create new concepts that require a coherent definition in the research of scientists. In most cases, the nomination of professional terms in relation to IT-project management done in a foreign language, however, thanks to the work of domestic scientists, it has relevant definitions in domestic publications and researches. Based on foreign and domestic scientific and pedagogical literature, legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine, dictionaries, the analysis of the essence of concepts, their interpretation and content. The study showed that a lot of terms used in non-formal education and in IT-project management have wide practical applications in the IT-area and have repeatedly appeared in the research of domestic and foreign scientists. Thus, considering the context of the paradigm of “lifelong learning”, scientists consider continuing education at different stages of human life. In today’s world, non-formal education of youth and adults has become important in terms of society’s demand for personal development and ensuring sustainable development of the specialists. Considering non-formal adult education as a component of the formation of competence of specialists, scientists, first rely on the competence approach and research in this direction. We analyze these concepts through the prism of their application in the non-formal education of IT-companies, primarily as a necessary factor in the formation of competencies for the implementation of IT-projects in IT-companies.
