Мотиваційні педагогічні технології в підготовці майбутніх викладачів вищої школи

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано основні мотиваційні педагогічні технології, що забезпечують якісну підготовку майбутніх викладачів вищої школи. Визначено основні характеристики підготовки майбутніх викладачів вищої школи та місце мотивації в процесі підготовки майбутніх викладачів вищої школи, досліджено поняття “педагогічні технології”. З’ясовано, що під час формування системи професійно-педагогічної освіти необхідно вирішити низку таких науково-практичних завдань, як: теоретичне і методологічне обґрунтування професійно-педагогічної освіти; наукове забезпечення державної програми, її поновлення і розвитку; створення перспективних моделей змісту професійнопедагогічної освіти, технологій, специфіки навчання в закладах вищої освіти, а також у системі підвищення кваліфікації; розроблення різних освітніх програм підготовки та перепідготовки педагогічних кадрів для різних типів закладів вищої освіти; дослідження закономірностей формування особистості викладача вищої школи в сучасних трансформаційних умовах; вивчення прогресивного досвіду організації і тенденцій розвитку педагогічної освіти за кордоном, його залучення у вітчизняну систему освіти. Доведено, що для забезпечення якісного та продуктивного спілкування педагогу необхідно реалізувати на практиці комунікативні вміння, як-от: уміння керувати своєю поведінкою; вміння, пов’язані з усвідомленням, систематизацією та перенесенням інформації; вміння концентрувати увагу, спостерігати; вміння соціальної перцепції; вміння адекватно моделювати особистість учнів; вміння розрізняти психологічний стан студентів за зовнішніми ознаками; вміння подавати себе в спілкуванні з учнями; вміння мовного і позамовного контакту зі студентами. Виокремлено такі мотиваційні педагогічні технології, як-от: забезпечення оптимального педагогічного спілкування; переконання, опора на позитивні приклади; орієнтація на практичний сенс навчального матеріалу; орієнтація на конкретну професійну діяльність; формування професійного інтересу; забезпечення цікавості змісту навчального матеріалу і діяльності; індивідуальний підхід до студентів; здатність до підвищення оцінки особистості в очах оточуючих.

The article analyses the main motivational pedagogical technologies that provide quality training for future university lecturers. The main characteristics of training of future university lecturers and the place of motivation in the process of training of future university lecturers are determined, the concept of “pedagogical technologies” is investigated. It was found that during the formation of the system of vocational education, it is necessary to solve a number of scientific and practical issues: theoretical and methodological justification of vocational education; scientific support of the state program, its renewal and development; creation of perspective models of the maintenance of professional and pedagogical education, technologies, specifics of training in higher education institutions, and also in the system of advanced training; development of various educational programs for training and retraining of lecturers for different types of higher education institutions; research of regularities of formation of the personality of a university lecturer in modern transformational conditions; study of progressive experience of organization and tendencies of development of pedagogical education abroad, its involvement in the domestic education system. It is proved that to ensure qualitative and productive communication of a lecturer it is necessary to implement in practice communication skills, such as: the ability to manage his/her behaviour; skills related to awareness, systematization and transfer of information; the ability to concentrate and observe; skills of social perception; the ability to adequately model the personality of students; the ability to distinguish the psychological state of students by external signs; the ability to present oneself in communication with students; language and non-language contact skills with students. The following motivational pedagogical technologies are singled out, such as: ensuring optimal pedagogical communication; beliefs, reliance on positive examples; focus on the practical meaning of educational material; focus on specific professional activities; formation of professional interest; ensuring the curiosity of the content of educational material and activities; individual approach to students; the ability to increase the assessment of personality in the eyes of others.
