Застосування технологічного підходу у підготовці майбутніх учителів під час вивчення педагогічних дисциплін

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз особливостей застосування технологічного підходу у підготовці майбутніх учителів під час вивчення педагогічних дисциплін. Визначено, що педагогічна технологія у психолого-педагогічній науці розглядається як система дій, що впорядкована і призводить до досягнення поставленої мети, або як системний метод викладання і засвоєння знань студентіів із урахуванням технічних і людських ресурсів. Доведено, що виховні технології – це система науково обґрунтованих методів і прийомів виховної роботи, що передбачає залучення вихованців до загальнолюдських культурних цінностей. Зазначено, що майбутнім учителям необхідно орієнтувати на вивчення сучасних педагогічних технологій, передового педагогічного досвіду регіону, країни, перспектив розвитку педагогічної науки тощо. Зроблено висновок, що викладачі ЗВО під час викладання педагогічних дисциплін повинні озброювати майбутніх учителів передовими технологіями навчання і виховання, що надають можливість швидко отримати запрограмований результат, навчити учнів здобувати знання з опорою на пізнавальний інтерес, формувати їх активність і творчість. Зазначено, що від стосунків між викладачами і студентами, які формуються на заняттях в університеті, особливо при застосуванні інноваційних педагогічних технологій, залежить творча активність учасників освітнього процесу. Викладачам педагогіки необхідно не лише створювати ці відносини на практичних заняттях та лекціях, а й навчити сучасних студентів, майбутніх учителів умінню налагоджувати взаємовідносини між учнями в школі. Безумовно, мало лише декларувати демократичний стиль спілкування в освітньому процесі, потрібно впроваджувати його на заняттях з педагогічних дисциплін. Зазначено, що технологізація навчального і виховного процесів базується на відмові від невизначеності у побудові педагогічного процесу і переході до вмотивованості її учасників; продуманості кожного елементу, етапу технології; максимальній спрямованості на ефективний результат. Доведено, що застосування технологічного підходу у підготовці майбутніх учителів під час вивчення педагогічних дисциплін обумовлене необхідністю вдосконалення підготовки та привнесення етапності і передбачуваності в результати виховного процесу.

The article analyzes the features of the application of the technological approach in the preparation of future teachers in the study of pedagogical disciplines. It has been determined that pedagogical technology in psychological and pedagogical science is considered as an ordered system of actions that leads to the achievement of the set goal, or as a systematic method of teaching and assimilating students' knowledge, taking into account technical and human resources. It has been proved that educational technologies are a system of scientifically grounded methods and techniques of educational work, involving the attraction of pupils to universal cultural values. It is noted that future teachers need to focus on the study of modern pedagogical technologies, advanced pedagogical experience of the region, country, prospects for the development of pedagogical science, etc. It is concluded that teachers of the HEI, while teaching pedagogical disciplines, should equip future teachers with advanced teaching and upbringing technologies, which make it possible to quickly obtain a programmed result, teach students to acquire knowledge based on cognitive interest, and shape their activity and creativity. It is noted that the creative activity of participants in the educational process depends on the relationship between teachers and students, which are formed in the classroom at the university, especially when using innovative pedagogical technologies. Teachers of pedagogy need not only to create these relationships in practical classes and lectures, but also to teach modern students, future teachers, the ability to establish relationships between students at school. Of course, it is not enough just to declare a democratic style of communication in the educational process; you need to implement it in the classroom in pedagogical disciplines. It is noted that the technologization of educational and educational processes is based on the rejection of uncertainty in the construction of the pedagogical process and the transition to the correctness of its participants; thoughtfulness of each element, stage of technology; maximum focus on effective results. It has been proved that the use of the technological approach in the training of future teachers in the study of pedagogical disciplines is due to the need to improve training and introduce stages and predictability into the results of the educational process.
