Цифровізація освітнього процесу в закладі післядипломної педагогічної освіти

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему цифровізації освітнього процесу в закладі післядипломної педагогічної освіти, актуальність якої зумовлена зміною вимог до професійної діяльності педагогічних працівників в умовах інформаційного суспільства. На необхідності цифровізації освітньої галузі наголошується також у низці нормативно-правових документів. Висвітлено стан дослідження проблеми в розвідках українських та зарубіжних науковців. Розкрито сутнісний зміст поняття «цифровізація» як зміни парадигми спілкування та взаємодії суб’єктів між собою та із суспільством, перетворення інформації в цифровий формат та комплексне вирішення проблем інфраструктурного, адміністративного, поведінкового та культурного характеру. Цифровізація модернізує навчальний процес, робить його більш гнучким, індивідуалізованим, пристосованим до сучасних умов, що забезпечує безперервність та прогресивність післядипломної освіти. Проаналізовано можливості цифрових технологій у професійному розвитку педагогів. Визначено основні напрями процесу цифровізації як ключового чинника вдосконалення системи післядипломної педагогічної освіти. Окреслено переваги та виклики цифрової трансформації системи підвищення кваліфікації педагогічних працівників, що передбачає використання нових форм, методів, прийомів навчання. Сформульовано висновки про необхідність цифровізації освітнього процесу в закладах післядипломної педагогічної освіти. Саме завдяки цифровізації навчальний процес стає доступнішим та гнучкішим. Це, своєю чергою, забезпечує комфортні умови для вдосконалення та ефективного професійного розвитку вчителів. Визначено основні напрями подальших наукових розробок, зокрема пошук ефективних шляхів цифровізації як комплексу інструментів, що оптимізують навчання, забезпечують персоналізацію та автоматизацію навчальних процесів.

The article considers the problem of digitalization of the educational process in institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education, the relevance of which is due to changing requirements for the professional activities of teachers in the information society. The state of research of the problem in the intelligence of Ukrainian and foreign scientists is highlighted. The need for digitalization of the educational sphere is emphasized in a number of legal documents. The essential meaning of the concept of «digitalization» is revealed, as changes of paradigm of communication and interaction of subjects among themselves and with a society, transformation of the information into a digital format and the complex decision of problems of infrastructural, administrative, behavioural and cultural character. Digitalization modernizes the educational process, makes it more flexible, individualized, adapted to modern conditions that ensure the continuity and progressiveness of education. Possibilities of digital technologies in professional development of teachers are analyzed. The main directions of the digitalization process as a key factor in improving the system of postgraduate pedagogical education are identified. The advantages and challenges of digital transformation of the system of professional development of pedagogical workers are outlined. Conclusions on the need for digitalization of the educational process in institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education are formulated. Thanks to digitalization, the educational process becomes more accessible and flexible. This, in turn, provides a comfortable environment for self-study, effective development and career development of teachers. The main directions of further scientific developments are identified, in particular the search for effective ways to implement digitalization as a set of tools that optimize learning, provide personalization and automation of educational processes.
