Професійна підготовка фахівців дошкільної освіти в умовах дистанційного навчання: організаційно-педагогічні аспекти

Abstract

На основі вивчення наукових джерел проаналізовано дослідження сучасних учених про теоретичні положення організації дистанційного навчання, з’ясовано суть поняття «дистанційне навчання» як сучасної інноваційної форми навчання, розкрито організаційні та методичні аспекти впровадження дистанційного навчання в освітній процес на основі ефективних методик і технологій. Авторами виокремлено переваги дистанційного навчання як такого, що забезпечується відповідним навчальноінформаційним середовищем, використанням ресурсів мережі Інтернет, мультимедійних навчальних засобів та інших електронних освітніх ресурсів; орієнтує студентів на новий стиль навчання з інтенсивним використанням інформаційно-комунікативних технологій, програм і систем віддаленого спілкування, подачі інформації та сприяє розвитку їх вмінь і навичок для подальшого навчання протягом життя; забезпечує діалогове спілкування між всіма учасниками освітнього процесу і постійну підтримку на усіх етапах навчання. Обґрунтовано думку про дистанційне навчання як специфічний засіб опанування значним обсягом навчальної інформації; інструмент самоактуалізації, самовдосконалення і самореалізації, адаптації здобувачів освіти до нових вимог навчання в умовах трансформації сучасного освітнього середовища. Дистанційне навчання спрямоване на формування високого ступеня самоосвіти студентів, засноване на їх мотивації до виконання завдань, інформаційній та методичній підтримці студентів, використанні інтерактивних методів. Автори наголошують, що організація дистанційного навчання потребує інформаційної та методичної підтримки, використання в освітньому процесі нових досягнень інформаційних технологій, які забезпечують технологічність навчання.

Based on the study of scientific resources, the research of modern scientists on the theoretical principles of distance learning is analyzed, the essence of the concept of «distance learning» as a modern innovative form of learning is defined, organizational and methodological aspects of introduction of distance learning in the educational process on the basis of effective methods and technologies are revealed. The authors highlight the advantages of distance learning as one that is provided by the relevant educational and information environment, the use of Internet resources, multimedia teaching aids and other electronic educational resources: orients students to a new style of learning with intensive use of information and communication technologies, programs and systems of remote communication, information supply and promotes the development of their skills and abilities for further lifelong learning; provides dialogic communication between all participants in the educational process and constant support at all stages of learning. The idea of distance learning as a specific means of mastering a significant amount of educational information and a tool for self-actualization, self-improvement and self-realization, adaptation of students to new learning requirements in the conditions of transformation of the modern educational environment is substantiated. Distance learning is aimed at forming a high degree of students’ self-education based on their motivation to perform tasks, information and methodological support of students, the use of interactive methods. The authors emphasize that the organization of distance learning requires informational and methodological support, the use in the educational process of new advances in information technology, which ensure the manufacturability of leaning.
